Was great except an employee was super rude to my husband

I was traveling through Amarillo on my way home. I had my dog with me. I had stayed at another hotel in town that charged me $75 pet cleaning charge. Decided on Holiday Inn Express. Good Decision!!

식사는 아침 베이컨도 굽기가 딱 좋은 수준이였습니다 음식도 훌륭했어요.

From the time we got there until the time we left everything was great! I wish I could remember the name of the girl at the front desk when we arrived but she was excellent!! I forgot the mini bassinet for the baby, I called and asked if they happen to have a play pen and she said they had a crib!! LIFE SAVER! Brought it to the room showed me how to set it up!

Great hotel and safe location. I didn’t feel uneasy at all when we got in at midnight being in an unfamiliar place. Check in was less than 5 minutes and their incidentals hold is only 20. Clean, friendly, large room, couldn’t hear our neighbors.

The newly renovated rooms are very modern and clean. The staff is hands-down very friendly and helpful. This stay was very comfortable and convenient to shopping and the venue where we were attending the following day.

The room was large, bed was comfortable, they have a tv in the bathroom which impressed my husband. Would stay here again

Ecco friendly would use paper plates etc for food and drinks.
Most hotels start breakfast at 6:00 not 6:30 Gets you on the road earlier that way;)

******* did not state there was extra costs for pets - just say “pet friendly”. Wasn’t expecting extra $92 for that. Had items stolen from vehicle during the night. Couldn’t leave through the side door as it was broken. Front door main entrance was all blocked off due to work being done out front.
Room was great and clean.
