My husband and I had a great stay and great rest. Very quite and clean rooms. We will stay here again if we pass threw. Thank yoi for a great stay.

The desk clerk was very nice and engaging. The location is good and the hotel is maintained well even though it's an older building. Breakfast is good. It well worth the money.

A bit far to walk for someone with a walker. Yes i could have gone back to my car reloaded it and driven closer but wasn't going to happen. Bed as comfortable once
I was able to get in it. It was way too high. I couldn't touch the floor with my top toes once I got in. Oh, also there was no soap of any kind. I attempted to call the front desk but line was busy. Glad I had some with me.

The only negative I have are pretty much chicken no fault of the staff except for the t shirt we found behind the couch when we moved it to set up our playpen. There is no elevator which made it difficult for my mother who was staying with us and the hotel is very dated, could definitely use some upgrading. But the staff was wonderful, the grounds were clean and everyone loved breakfast- especially my toddlers and the Texas shaped waffles.

We had some issues w the tv but the staff came immediately and fixed it.. friendly and knowledgeable!!… the beds were really high off the floor so I had to take a running start to get up there.. but was comfortable once I landed on top!!… only issue ongoing was the toilet.. a low flow and it wouldn’t flush properly..

Easy quick check in, 2 different comfortable rooms for a reasonable price. Breakfast was not bad. We stayed, checked out, then had to come back for a second night, as we were waiting for a truck repair that didn't get done. Laundry facility there was good. Nice that check out was noon.

The staff was exceptional. Check in and check out was quick. Our room was clean, towels fresh and bleached, beds were comfy. We will definitely come back, the next time we hit Amarillo. Even Bella, got a doggie treat from the front desk!
