The hotel was beautiful and larger than we expected. There was plenty of seating in the dining area and the lobby was very comfortable and inviting.

My stay at Embassy Suites was very delightful. All the workers were very welcoming to the people arriving. I felt right at home.

Breakfast was awesome! Chefs mixing up omelets were super nice! Sauna didn’t work, no room in hot tub. Tv didn’t work. Front desk would not answer phone. Kids running up and down the hallway till after 11pm.

Ive stayed here a few times but this time i needed something for my room saw the house keeper in the hall and all i gotvfrom her was an attitude like i was bothering her but over all cant wait until my next visit

We had a suite with separate bedroom and living room. It was nice. Amenities were decent. Bar was good. Only strikes are that the valet was overpriced and the restaurant was very slow in getting out our orders. It is one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in, in Amarillo. Would book again.

The property is in the downtown area and there is no parking lot at that location! Street parking is only free between 5pm and 8am. The garage across the street is $11/night.

The room was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Facility was nice.
The reasons for the poor stars are;
1- No soap in the rooms and when I went downstairs they stated that they were out of soap. So we had to go to the store and purchase soap for our family.
2- We went to the restaurant for dinner. We ordered the tenderloin medallions and shrimp appetizer. It took them 55 minutes to get the food out. The place just opened and at the time we were their only customers.
