Why are the doors so hard to open, even for accessible room? Why is the management not willing to adjust the resistance on them? Why is the room set up so strangely? Why must the bed be across from the dresser, leaving a very narrow walkway? Why does the fridge open opposite to the cabinent door, making it impossible to get food in and out? Why is there a couch against the far wall when there is no lights, power, or TV in that area? Why are there 2 desks, but only 1 chair? Why can't I get a hotel bathtub that holds water. Why does the washer have mold? Why must there be so much fragrance in the hallways?
This hotel is massively overpriced for what it is. The pool is present, but has not been cleaned. Lots of scum floating on the surface. Breakfast was usual hotel fare. Be early as it is closed 5 minutes early. The wifi was good enough and the shower had hot water. The grips on the handrails were a nice touch. Asked for more lightbulbs in my room, 5 were burned out. Got 1. TV turned on, but signal was very weak.
Avoid paying for the suite. It isn't worth it. There is a couch and extra space, but the couch faces an empty wall and there are no power points on that end. So, why sit over there? Be prepared for heavy fast swinging doors and employees who want to do more, but management won't let them.
