My short stay in this hotel is very relaxful and satisfied. Staff is really co-operative and polite .Breakfast is also very nice.overall my experience is good. People should come and stay here. Washrooms are also clean and sanitised properly.

We had a 4-night 5-day stay. I was with my parents and brother and was totally disappointed with the customer service at the four-star hotel. The staff seemed indifferent and lacked the warmth expected at such establishments. Additionally, the room service was subpar; room orders took longer than anticipated. It felt like the service didn’t match the hotel’s four-star rating. Overall, the experience left much to be desired, and I expected a higher standard of service from a hotel in this category. The only plus point is the quality of the food served at Flavours Restaurant, the service team under Ms Kiran was the best and the only best experience we had in the hotel.

Hosted family wedding at this centrally located 4 star hotel. Newly renovated rooms were allocated to my family members. Executive Chef Mr. Sunny Sharma offered very tasty food items. Every delicacy was praised by the invitees at the function. We highly recommend this hotel for rooms and events.

Food was fantastic. However, the room that was provided was not cleaned properly. Washroom was unclean and bedsheets were not cleaned. Expected clean room to stay. Bathroom was clogged. Only plus points were the friendly staff and food

Lovely stay nice, cosy and comfortable room , staff is very courteous, humble, services good .entire ambience is lovely, the food is amazing extremely clean room hygienic and great place to be to make you feel like home hotel is very good location Good job 👍

Yeah I glad to stay hare my room is clean & exilent which was on the 4 floor rooms is well maintained Hotel ambience peaceful friendly etmonsphare even resturant continatel breakfast amazing I loved everything, hare staff behavior good and service , again Coming soon !

The quality of the food is amazing and also its is yummy and tasty! Food options are also very great. The service is also excellent. The location of the property is also very close to the amritsar railway station.
