Personally I faced some problems, like door lock not smooth to open, no room sleepers, little darkness at rooms corridor, price little expensive then the stay experience

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Few points that I would like to highlight about my stay: 1. Rooms were very clean and our concerns were addressed immediately 2. Restaurant was amazing, their buffet spread had ***y delicious options. Service was excellent, we were extremely happy with the services offered by Anubha, Amith and Kushbu 3. Housekeeping was good as well, special thanks to Sunny and his team. Overall we had an excellent stay, I highly recommend this place..

My visit to regenta central Amritsar is really nice food and service staff rakhvinder Ji really attentive us vary welcoming and helpful at the time of my dinners night we prefer to visit again we my family and friends to this lovely place food is yummy and tasty as per my choice thanks to chefs and all staffs

Very comfortable stay with my friends..... I like the ambience with decorating the hotel staff is soo co operative Ms twinkle is very helpful she welcome very nicely with cute smile.....food was so delicious service is excellent definitely recommend this hotel

I recently visited [Regent hotel] and was thoroughly impressed by their service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted (Twinkle], who was exceptionally helpful throughout my visit. The food was really nice. Well cooked.

Very comfortable and cozy welcome by ms twinkle mam food was so tasty service is very fast hotel regenta central near the Golden temple location was good staff was polite and kind mr rakesh house keeping department was always there to help we will come back again

Food was so... Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋 special kulcha and prantha idli sambar also ..... Hotel ambiance very good decorate .... Service is too good and fast mr .ankit and miss twinkle very good and helpful for me and my family... Will definitely come again

Restaurant Food is Awesome, Quality and Taste at its best. All restaurant staff are very responsive and quick in action for services in Food court. Special mentioned to Twinkle/Prabh and Ankit for serving with smile and makes us to have health food.
