The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and our 'Comfy' room, adequate. Our room flooded and we were given an upgrade. Frankly, our first room was better appointed and not such an odd shape. Breakfast was a let down. The choice was limited and not great quality as the cold meats, smoked salmon and viennoiserie were poor. They had a 'live' cooking section for eggs. Everything was overcooked and the space reeked of browning butter. However, the staff were lovely and the 24/7 bar was a welcome touch.

Love all amenities from made to order breakfast, umbrellas, bicycles, self serve open bar, to the friendliness and helpful staff each and every day of our stay

Amazing hotel, centrally located with very friendly staff. Loved their 24x7 open bar, wine and cheese trolley and great spread for breakfast with hot omelette station (all included in the price of the room). Close to all attractions, within 15 minutes walk to the museums, Red Light Area. Lots of restaurants outside the hotel. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was big compared to other hotels in Europe. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location staff very accommodating….my only complaint was my VIP service was denied and room assignment was inferior to what I reserved.

Great stay in a great area of town. Friendly staff, but maybe not enough desk employees. Good breakfast.

What an amazing place! The property and amenities were perfect for us. The staff were so helpful and just wonderful to talk to! You folks just are wonderful! A big shoutout to Sandra as well! Awesome breakfast and her omelets rock!

Authentic hotel, very well located. Room is very comfortable. Staff very responsive to guest’s needs.
But the check in is too late and the check out is too early !!! In my opinion not justified at all. Rooms were available but for an additional fee

Service was exceptional, especially Casey and Norden. They were incredibly helpful with my wife’s mobility scooter. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
