Super duper close to Amsterdam Centraal station and there are buses and trams nearby. Just a 10-15 min walk to the Red Light districts and de Bijenkorf shopping mall.
We said we didn't want end rooms but got arranged to one when we checked in... The view was nice with a balcony (but it's locked so you can't go outside) but my partner did not feel comfortable with end rooms.
Eventually we called down to the front desk for a room and they changed us to a room nearer to the lifts.
One thing I really liked about the hotel is that they use WhatsApp for requesting for amenities and checking out. It's convenient and simple to use but somehow... The housekeeping keeps on getting 1 or 2 items wrong lol
Oh and please note that they don't provide bottled water, the whole city is proud of their tap water and the receptionist said it's safe to drink. If tap water isn't to your liking, there are quite a few stores nearby to buy mineral water. I would recommend going to Albert Heijn or Dirk for those. Slippers are provided in this hotel.

I stayed there for two nights work related, what a nice hotel. Staff at reception and general staff at the hotel is 10/10 , got a better treatment than I’ve got at good 5 star hotels. Rooms are renovated, clean, nice. Generally I highly recommend. Location is top, to make a long story short - highly recommended

We stayed for two night and it was so nice! Service had been great and love as well the pool. Location is top and easy to get to everything!

Checked into the hotel for birthday celebration. The hotel is dim and mostly decorated with glass.
Check-in and was given the wrong room that does not have a sofa bed. Had to inform the reception and was told that my room has been upgraded...
Slept in the room and caught a few mosquitoes at Park Plaza.

Had a wonderful experience staying with Park Plaza.
1. Location :- Perfect, just few minute walk from the station
2. Rooms :- Spacious and clean
3. Washrooms :- Perfect (Has body lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash - which most of the hotels don't in Amsterdam as they only offer body wash and Lotion)
4. Spa :- Swimming pool , Sauna and gym.. Which was in perfect condition
5. Ambience :- Very nice.

Good location and friendly staff. The closest you cab get to Amsterdam Central Station. Breakfast is tasty but everyday is exactly the same.

Great modern hotel right in the city centre of Amsterdam. Easy access and can walk everywhere around the city. An excellent base for a short trip to Amsterdam!
