The Hoxton, Amsterdam Lloyd

Excellent hotel. Stylish. Very great service. Rooms are cosy but well designed

My stay was lovely, quiet hotel. Very stylish rooms. Quite dusty in parts of the room and dirty glasses but overall very clean and would recommend. Not far from city centre at all.

一開始是給了地下室的房間，窗台上都是死掉的小蟲子，馬桶上都是在飛活着的蟲子。窗户外面直接對着汽車的輪子。進行一番argue後經理表示地下室是荷蘭每個酒店都有的，那請標註出來，願意接受的人就定對應相應的價格。攜程去溝通多次要求退款我們要退酒店重新住別的酒店後，酒店這時候突然説有一個空房間我可以住，之前都説滿房不可以換 雖然大了點，但是是兩張床拼在一起的大床，左邊的床墊是塌的。衹能睡在右邊。服務態度在傲慢的荷蘭我應該算是還不錯的，不能要求和高端酒店態度一樣了。酒店因為是老樓改造，帶很多行李的不要選，因為有台階要自己搬上去，可以行李可以推上去的地方，當然也是沒有門僮的。

Room was great, breakfast was awesome, very clean and very enjoyable. You need to request your rooms to be cleaned each day upon check-in otherwise it will not get done. We did this upon a strong recommendation, and the room was still not cleaned 2 of our 3 nights stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Hoxton, Lloyd Amsterdam! The location was perfect for us. It’s in a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but the metro/tram is close by, making it very easy to get into the city. There’s also a grocery store directly across the street, which was incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we needed during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room had such a cool Art Deco-inspired look, and you could tell that a lot of thought went into the design. Every little detail felt intentional and unique without sacrificing comfort. It gave the hotel so much personality. The staff were also fantastic. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. I especially want to give their customer service a high rating. We actually had an issue come up after we had already left the hotel, and the staff handled it quickly, professionally, and with excellent communication. That really stood out to us and gave us even more confidence in the hotel. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Amsterdam. Great design, convenient location, a peaceful neighborhood, and genuinely helpful staff. It was one of our favorite parts of our trip!

Staff was simply amazing and helpful all the time, special shoutout to Abdullah from the front desk who helped me a lot with tips and suggestions on places to visit and where to go throughout my stay. Even though location is not in the downtown, it is well connected through the tram that is just a couple of minutes away. Similar to other Hoxton the vibe in the rooms is super nice and this one is in a renovated building with a lot of character. In general the Hoxton vibe is more for adults but this one in particular I wouldn’t recommend it if you travel with kids as there are stairs and steep steps easily accessible that might be a risk for children. Also to consider this one doesn’t have AC because is a renovated building but there is a Dyson filter/fan in the room.

Just back from a 2 night stay, location was fantastic, right beside a tram stop, with a supermarket just across road, staff super friendly and helpful. Overall hotel was well kept, clean with some lovely bright common areas to sit and enjoy a quiet drink. We stayed in the Biggie Bunk Up room which was perfect for our needs as a family of 3, big bright clean room, the bunk beds were brilliant, cosy and super comfortable beds, big spotless bathroom with an amazing shower. I will definitely be returning to this hotel

Visited as a long weekend away with my boyfriend in Amsterdam. Hotel was lovely, unique art deco style. Staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations of places to eat. Rooms were clean and quiet, continental breakfast had a small selection but tasty. No aircon but they did provide fans in the rooms. Rooms also had smart TV, hairdryer, safe, phone etc. The hotel is slightly outside the city centre but the tram station is directly behind and only a 10-15 minute journey into the centre. Good value for the price, would happily visit again.

A tram stop is located right next to the hotel which provides a very fast connection to the city center. Room was super beautiful, we even received a personal note wishing us a great stay!
