Location is excellent ! Close to plaza, you must go to Lure for a nice dinner ! Staff are very nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi very much...however, the hotel is a bit old and don't except the room is extremly clean should be ok !

The location (approximately 10 minute walk into Downtown Disney & 15 minute walk to either park entrance), the staff is friendly, the breakfast is amazing, our kids loved the access to hot chocolate during the evening upon our return in the guest lounge. This is my second stay here and because of the location and hospitality and cleanliness I will continue to come again.

check-in staff didn’t know what to do. They weren’t able to communicate well on where the room is located. We had a billing issue as well. Parking was added on as a charge at the end. Just overall communication from the front desk was not well. the young man said behind another young lady, letting her talk it seem like she was not comfortable, or as if she was learning, and the others just let her kind of stumble. buffet is great room is clean. Do not get a room by Cell you hear drag racing police cars everything in anything going on at night it is super noisy you will not sleep. Rooms are clean buffet is great. Chicken was a little rough.

The hotel rooms are super noisy both from neighboring rooms as well as street and outside. We could not sleep properly, there is constant noise of cars, people walking in corridor, car alarms going off in middle of night, people unloading and loading etc etc. the rooms have absolutely no sound barriers, you can hear everything like your doors are wide open. The staff is helpful and kind but I would avoid this hotel in future. We stayed for 4 nights and every night was same noisy from hotel and street, even we requested room far away from streets, there are noisy loud cars racing sometimes and worst noise from within the hotel rooms itself.

Was a great stay, close to the park, breakfast every morning before Disney. Only issue we had was the room kinda smelled like cats. Wasn’t sure if it was just the area. Would stay again

I love how this place is just a few minutes away from Downtown Disney and the parks.
Staff is friendly and courteous.
Such a nice, comfy respite after a long day of Disney fun.

It’s close to disneyland and room is clean and we can also see the fireworks from our room. Bathroom felt cramped and we can easily hear noise from other guests passing by outside. Breakfast is average.
