Motel 6 Anaheim, CA - Convention Center

To say that this was a bad experience is ludicrous the Chris it it doesn't even come into the realm of how bad this was these people ****ed me around knowing that I only needed the room for 4 hours it was 6 o'clock in the morning and I booked it only so I could sleep for 4 hours they then and charged me $50 more more to check in at that time instead of 3 o'clock even though the room was empty and I was just gonna sleep for 4 hours and be gone by noon so they could re rent the room that wasn't good enough for them they charged me $50 which they still have and I don't have back on my card yet But then they Made me give them a $100 in deposit in cash it should be the room gave me keys and then took them back and said no you can't go in that room somebody's in there and told me I can't come to come back until 3 and they were gonna give me my $50 back even because then they would cancel this the the rum I told him I just need to sleep for a few hours that's all they kept my money never refunded it For the room I still got charged full price for the room I never stayed at they charged me a cancelation fee and this ****ing website said they were gonna take care of it and I still don't have my money back it's been 3 days To say I'm furious is is nothing to how mad I am. My mom and dad stayed at the same time and found 3 live bed bugs in their bed. The hot water didn’t work for over 12 hours, the door didn’t seal properly and my socks were gray after walking around on the floor.

On the floor so dusty. When I turn on air conditioner blowing out the dust. The bathroom door broke.

For being just a place to sleep it was good, there was a lot of empty space which could have been used for a table. There was no hair dryer unfortunately. It comfortably fit 5 people in one room.

This priority is beyond disgusting! Spiders and roaches! Dirty walls and floors and mold in the shower! Manager and staff on duty are RUDE and unprofessional. No towels, no soap and lights were broken! Trash cans over flowing and trash in the parking lots

Very close to Disneyland. Service was very friendly. However, the beds were a bit stiff for my liking but some of my family members liked that. I would stay here.

Smallest hotel room every stayed in Location is good for the ***** Moldy room

I love that it has free parking. And it's about a 20 minute walk to disneyland. Easy check-in process and the room was spacious and clean. I do wish there was a blow dryer and a coffee pot in the room though.
