-room was not same as per pictures. -condition of room was also not very good, weird smell in room and barhroom. -no window in room, very uncomfortable stay. -too much noise was coming from outside the room.

Location is awesome for people going for religious reasons. Staff are nice. Breakfast served to the room is also good and hot. Issue is only that there is a staircase to climb up to and it might not be elderly friendly.

The room was okay. The pictures uploaded were different from the specific room provided to me by the property owner. Basic amenities like intercom, tv (operational, exhaust fan in toilet etc was not available in the room.

Location is good but there is no way to reach at destination easily by car. Food was good. Amenities and services needs to be improved. Tvs do not have set top boxes. Broken cabinets. Rooms smell bad. Carpets are not clean in rooms.

Nice comfortable and spacoius rooms, location is excellent - just 4 mins walk to takth sahib. Staff is very polite

Tv was not working. The door handles were loose. Flush buttons were not covered. Looks to me overrated hotel

They refuse to give free breakfast included in booking amount ordered after 10:00 am.

This was a pilgrimage trip.
The location is excellent just opposite Sisgang Gurudwara, walking distance from Kesgarh Saheb Gurudwara .
Clean room, helpful staff, delicious parathas with tea.
Cab driver was provided sleeping space and use of bathroom. However, two things need attention by the owners: 1. Lift was not working, as a senior citizen, at 74, had to climb steps 2. Hot water was not available for shower.
Hopefully, Next time these two things will be taken care of.

Plqce can best be described as high end lodge. Not many local people know about the place. Hence took some time to locate the place. Amenities are quite average. Staff is cooperative but lack professional touch. Rooms are clean, food is also ok. In short, for a given tariff expected a lot better.
