Manager rajesh behaviour was very rude and arrogant, treats like as they are providing free accommodation for costumers. I made a booking for suite room still the way of staff behaviour was worst not worth stay.

Stay was good but the complimentary breakfast they provide is the worst experience i ever had cockroaches are roaming all around the food

One of the worst experience from this hotel. Lot of bed bugs and when complained were asked to change the room in the middle of the night with small kid sleeping. So much inconvenience. On the positive front friendly staff and good food.

Everything is good but there are no hd channels in tv. I asked about it. The staff said we can't do anything about it.

Rooms maintained very well and neat. Polite behavior hotel management. Concern with restaurant staff, their way of communication and handling of customer requests are not good

Its a scam when you book a room with lunch/dinner. I have to pay 1600 extra for the dinner with comes around 2000 to me after adding the taxes. Now, per say, they dont have buffet system. They will provide 500rs coupon per person ( practically 1000rs worth of coupons compared to 2000rs i have paid. Now the fun begins, you cannot order food from regular menu, nor the in-room service. Thay have a different menu for coupons, and to my surprise, there's on y 1 thing you can order, veg and non-veg. This is utter scam.

It is a super good hotel. Supremely clean and well maintained. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff - all were polite, helpful and great ! if ever i am in anantapur again, this is the hotel id stay in again !

Service is not good. Taking so much time. I have requested for water. I did 4 times foe water. They brought half an hour later.
