The hotel is in a great location, excellent breakfast with more than 10 different types of fruits, very nice and friendly staff and are room had a stunning view! There were 2 different beaches available for the guests: a wild beach with many turtle nests and a urban one.

Beautiful property, stunning setting, very friendly and professional staff. Did not want to leave. Already looking forward to our next stay.

It was okay. I expected more from the price. The bed was comfortable, good breakfast buffet (though eggs were cold), good shower. There was a mildewy smell in the room though.

Estive nesse hotel em 2013 e retornei em Jan/24 e considero excelente, calmo, tranquilo, ótimos quartos, vista espetacular, ótimo restaurante, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, limpeza dos quartos muito boa, mas seria muito importante a colocação de barras de apoio nos boxes. É inconveniente o fato que no gramado perto da piscina não havia cuidado com a limpeza os dejetos de pet's, também a circulação de quadriciclo nos jardins de Burle Marx deveria ser revista e quem sabe o término do 3º andar (pelo menos o exterior). Emfim, a praia de Ubu e o Hotel Pontal de Ubu tem tudo a ver para momentos prazerosos em familia. Em breve retornarei.

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto super limpo, cheiroso, arejado, bem iluminado e um carinho das camareiras de impressionar. Vista perfeita e um por do sol de tirar o fôlego. Restaurante de dar inveja em muitos outros famosos por ai. O hall de entrada com vista pro mar, o café com vista pra piscina e mar e também os quartos. Realmente um hotel magnífico.

Surpreendente o Hotel Pontal de Ubu. Era bem o que queríamos, um hotel de Bom gosto, com uma decoração contemporânea numa praia deserta e tranquila. O hotel fica numa ponta de costão entre duas praias: uma deserta e uma baia tranquila de pescadores. Mobiliário Tidelli, cerâmicas feitas pela proprietária, tudo de muito bom gosto. Quarto espaçoso, chuveiro otimo. Poderia ter mais lugares junto a piscina e faltou um checkin online. Café da manhã excelente, diferenciado, com pães e bolos muito bem feitos e variedade de frutas. Pretendo voltar.

Na minha opinião , o melhor hotel das praias capixabas! Quartos amplos, bem arejados, sempre muito limpos. Atendimento nota 10. Restaurante e pizzaria excelentes. O bar da piscina oferece drinks deliciosos. Vale o preço da diária. Recomento e voltarei.

O hotel é bom, mas pelo preço que se paga, esperava um tratamento mais diferenciado. A demora no atendimento foi recorrente. Ao fazer checkin no hotel, não recebemos nenhuma instrução do funcionamento do hotel. Nos colocaram num quarto que tinha porta para outro quarto, o que gerava muito barulho. Mas o hotel, ao saber do nosso descontento, prontamente nos trocou de quarto. A vista do hotel é sensacional. A área da piscina é muito boa e a praia quase particular fazem a diferença. A comida do restaurante do hotel é muito boa, porém senti falta de opções de lanche à noite. Além disso, é visível a necessidade de pequenas reformas nele. Por fim, é desconcertante num hotel desse porte ter seus funcionários correndo pra mexer no celular “responsável “ pela música nas áreas comuns pra avançar as recorrentes propagandas do Spotify/YouTube.

Hotel muito confortável, quartos bem amplos, visual maravilhoso. Equipe muito atenciosa. As varandas sao muito bonitas, todas com rede. Bom restaurante e café da manha bem variado. Fácil estacionar. Acesso ao hotel é sinalizado. Bom sinal de internet. Bom espaço para crianças.
