Beautiful stay in authentic chalet in center of old town, we loved it. Room spacious and comfortable with view of Tal museum across the street and a balcony! Breakfast copious and hearty, we asked for real espresso as coffee in cans very weak. Good ski room downstairs to store equipment. Very nice hotel, would def stay again.

The receptionist was sweet and very friendly. We arrived early after traveling 18hrs she let us checkin so we could go rest. The room was perfect and had the best of Switzerland!

Charming hotel in the center of Andermatt. Friendly staff, very well appointed rooms made for a terrific stay.

3rd time in the same hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms renovated obviously by a designer who does not understand practicality.. Lots of hooks but a very very small cupboard to store your clothes... Seeing all ypur clothes it seems like staying in a second hand clothes shop. Not nice. No place to relax or have a drink before or after dinner.. I would summarize.. A restaurant with bedrooms..

Fantastic hotel in Andermatt. A short walk to the Gemsstock lift and 10 mins from the gondala that links you into Sedrun. We used the suite which was perfect for a group of 5. Great choice at breakfast ahead of a hard days skiing. And they were happy to do eggs. Compared to the hotel and breakfast, we thought dinner was a little disappointing and was one of the more expensive options we tried.

Room 25 is small, recently renovated, and has the latest styles expressed in every feature. The sparkling new shower, which includes the rain shower feature, is the smallest imaginable. But it works. The "seating area" is a hassock. If you expect to have dinner at the hotel, make a reservation. Breakfast includes excellent coffee and a typical assortment of Swiss products, and it is included in the price of the room.

Really nice people. Convenient parking directly across the street. Dinner was very good and a nice breakfast. Rooms are pristine clean, Traditional Swiss Mountain hotel. Right in the old town. Good location and a good place to stay in Andermatt. The scenery going to Andermatt is worth making this a stop.
