Best Western Andover

酒店位置離市中心有一公里的距離，酒店門口有停車場，停車非常方便，去市裡吃飯的餐館步行需要15分鐘左右，酒店衞生可以，退房時間控制嚴格，我晚了有10分鐘就開始催了

The room was clean and functional. The bed was very comfortable and perfect for our one-night stay with free parking. Our room was adjacent to the carpark, so we heard people coming and going (room 110). Ask for a room away from the car park. Overall, the hotel is great value for money at AUD$100.00, for room only.

On 29/05/2024 I booked online for my wife and I to stay at Best Western Andover (BWA) for 2 nights arriving 14/06/2024 departing 16/06/2024 at a cost of £118. While booking I was offered and accepted breakfast and dinner for our stay at an extra cost bringing the total to £232.20. I received confirmatory e-mail clearly stating "Meals Included: Dinner, Bed & Breakfast" On arrival at BWA I was informed that the hotel did not provide dinner and I was obliged to make other arrangements. I received a refund of £100.00 for service not provided. After complaints to BWA and also to Best Western Hotel Group I have not received adequate compensation for inconvenience stress and expense caused as a result of this matter which I believe can be considered to be a breach of the contract made at the time of booking.

We have stayed in quite a few Best Western hotels in the past, most with mixed success. This was one of the less successful experiences. The hotel is in desperate need of a refurb. The room was tired with stains on the carpet, the bathroom had cracked tiles, the shower was from back in the 60s, the bath panel was broken and the window wouldn't close! And this was meant to be an executive room! As the hotel is a 15-20 minute walk into the town I would have expected there to be a restaurant but no food was served (although you could order food to the hotel) and there was no bar either. Breakfast was continental only, one customer asked for fresh milk rather than UHT and was told fresh milk was not available. All in all, another sub standard hotel. Next time we're camping!

Booked the hotel to attend a wedding this coming August. Was really pleased with myself to have have all the transport from Yorkshire and accommodation booked well in advance. However Best Western appear to have other ideas, I received short email yesterday informing me the accommodation has been cancelled. No warning or explanation given. Given the booking is 5 months away, I find it unbelievable they are unable to honour the booking. I've tried to contact the hotel without any success, it would be nice to understand the reason behind this decision, but mainly to identify the supplier of the crystal ball they are using to see this far into the future.
