Great hotel with amazing views and super friendly & helpful staff. We came with a 3-month old baby and everyone was super accommodating. Rooms are a bit on the old side, but are spacious and convenient. The restaurant and its terrasse are very pleasant in the summer! Overall, I definitely recommend.

We had no idea what to expect so what we got was such a surprise.. The hotel is delightful Not ultra modern but has all you want and need. Light spacious rooms, all facilities, .lovely staff and views to die for, Breakfast on the terrace watching the sun rise over the hills and dinner on the terrace watching the sun set. Excellent food and the best scrambled egg for breakfast I have ever had away from home.

This is a wonderful place to stay, spacious rooms, with balcony an amazing view over green hills and mountains. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, and very nice restaurant with dining on the terrace. Definitely recommend, and will stay again. One plus would be if there was a little refrigerator in the room, to keep something chilled!

There is no getting away from the fact that this hotel is a bit on the dated side. It isn’t a fashionable place and the air conditioning could probably do with an update. However, it is charming enough in other ways to make up for it! All staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the food in the restaurant was astonishingly good. Breakfast was as expected but the dinner was so good the night we arrived that we booked again for our second night! The town of Anduze is lovely and the Bambouseraie definitely worth a visit. There are lots of other interesting places nearby too. We went to Cirque de Navacelles on our way which was fascinating. The views from the terrace and from our balcony were very special and worth a visit all on their own.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, and clean, newly renovated rooms. Sad to have missed the pool, but the views from the Terrace at breakfast made up for it.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'établissement. Accueil parfait. Personnels au petit soins. Chambre très soignée. Les repas fabuleux.

Nous sommes littéralement tombé sous le charme de cet établissement. Tout était PARFAIT... Le personnel extrêmement serviable et abordable, les infrastructures (piscines, salle de détente), la propreté du lieu et la belle décoration intérieure. Tout est raffiné mais pas guindé. Mention spéciale au restaurant de l'hôtel tout simplement excellent.
