It can be seen that the hotel has a good hardware and had a good service before. But maybe because of the off-season, it seems that the service can’t be guaranteed.
The WiFi in our room was bad, which was not a big problem for us, because we can use our phone data.
The reception was good, but the restaurant was not that good. First , there’s a confusion about the dinner buffet price. First time we were asked to pay for €19 per person , included drinks. Second time , we didn’t ask about the price because we think it should be the same. But this time we were told that €19 doesn’t include drinks, if we need drinks we have to pay 25€per person, although we just asked two cups of juice and one water. Second, the food is not various. There were a lot of vacant space on the food bench , which should obviously be more kinds of food.
We left our bath towel and kid’s vest. The cleaning lady would find it easily after we left room but still in the hotel for breakfast. But we didn’t get any remind. We didn’t found it until we were back to Lisbon.
The staff of the indoor swimming pool is indifferent 😐
