It was disgusting. I left. I could not stay here there was trash all up and down the hall way. Not like little teeny pieces of paper. I men like cocktail straws and small balled up napkins. The floor had a layer of dirt.

因為當時忙着沒來得及做攻略，是我訂過最差的酒店沒有之一，酒店在火葬場旁邊，我開車剛到就發覺酒店周圍有可疑的人在車邊遊蕩，鼓起勇氣去check in， 但房間臟亂差無法用語言形容，感覺像那種店。君子不立危牆之下，馬上退房，酒店方強硬地説退房是無任何退款的，無奈先逃離是非之地再説，又衹有馬上迅速又在攜程上定了安娜堡大學對面希爾頓的安全區域，這種立即訂當天酒店比平時貴了一倍，加上損失的兩晚上的錢共損失了四千多元！！本來1分都不想給，但是好像必須給1分才能提交

一分都不願給這家賓館，拉開窗簾看到的是殯儀館，知道為啥稱它為賓館而非酒店了吧，房間設施可以用一塌糊塗來形容，換了四間房，床塌的，衞生間門打不開，馬桶一直漏水沒一間能入住的，這種賓館還能在攜程上存在真是醉了。不過，可以去那過萬聖節👻💀

Location was terrible. Next to a funeral home and crematorium. The place was dirty. Looked like the AC was never cleaned.

Super dirty room, sticky smears of takeout on the desk, coffee spilled on the nightstand, hairs in the shower, and the list goes on. Staff was indifferent. If I had the energy to go elsewhere after 3 days without sleep supporting a family member in the ER, I would have.

The hotel has no maintenance. The bathroom door locked so you could not get out if you were in it and could not get in it if the door was close. We mentioned it and they said they would come by to fix it but no one came.
The elevated smelled like cesspool. There was no breakfast, coffee ran out cereal was stale. When I needed to get ready and blow dry my hair...the blow dryer didn't work...they said they would said maintenance but I knew what that meant...

DO NOT STAY HERE-Infested with bedbugs
Upon check in we were greeted with a guest service agent very clearly done with his job. We went into our room that smelled of mildew, all the lamps were all unplugged then we realized the toilet was clearly under repair. Went down to ask for a new room. He said they were over booked but another guest hadnt checked in yet so we could have their room ? We walked in and turned on the light. When i say this room was crawling with bed bugs, im not exaggerating. The outlets were brown. We left immediately and had to find another hotel. Do not book here.

RUN AWAY!!! Lost one of my reservations, charged me for a room I didn't use, ran out of toilet paper, no one at front desk from 7am-8am, no coffee, no breakfast, water damage on ceiling with drywall falling, one towel for two people, TV remote dead (yes, no one at front desk), blow dryer fell off the wall, rooms haven't been vacuumed in weeks or longer, suspicious stains on door, wall and ceiling, closet door falling off hinges, electrical wires for parking lot lights laying in grass with exposed copper. This place should be demolished. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Do not stay here.
I tried calling to change my booking for hours before we arrived. No one ever answered the phone, and that's because all the staff hang out outside, smoking, and don't come in if they even hear the phone in the first place.
Not only was no one at the desk for check-in, but the vending machine is broken, there were chunks out of the walls, the toilet barely flushed, there was also no trash can in the room, the fridge was barely even cold, and the tv had no power cord. when we asked about a replacement for the tv cord they said they didn't have any, that someone must have stolen it.
These rooms are not good at all, staff don't give a hoot about you or your stay. The pictures are NOTHING like the actual rooms. This place should be shut down and updated. Absolutely unacceptable.
