We had a very nice stay at Rock Lobster. We booked three rooms for a family weekend in Antwerp. The rooms are very beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and each room has a separate and practical bathroom. Rock music is the recurring theme in this B&B. The rooms are well equipped and you have all you need for a stay of a few nights. The host was super friendly, breakfast was good and we would definite recommend this B&B to friends and family. The location is great, near a square with restaurants and bars and in a very beautiful neighborhood. This B&B is an absolute must!

Excellent stay to discover Antwerp. Friendly warm hosts in a house that breathes music. The breakfast was Wow. If you like music, you will love this place or buy it. Play some vinyl, read some books, have a drink, enjoy

I had a lovely stay here at the rock lobster. Nice part of town and easy to walk into the centre.

At Rock Lobster City Lodge, you feel like you're staying with especially great friends. Eva and Bart are wonderful hosts who provide a wealth of helpful tips for visiting Antwerp. They also prepare a very good breakfast (treat yourself to the fruit salad, it's delicious!). The whole house is ecologically thought out and very tastefully decorated. From the front door to the roof, the theme of music runs stringently through. And that's another big plus: Bart is a renowned music journalist who puts on exquisite records for breakfast and is great to talk shop with. There are many other reasons why Rock Lobster City Lodge will be our home base in Antwerp, including the fantastic location in a beautiful old quarter with numerous interesting cafés and restaurants (our tip: Humm), the view of the small garden (including the cat) and the feathered roommate, who contributes to the music in his own way. A wonderful, peaceful place.

The hotel has a great atmosphere and service! They think about what travelers need. All rooms have its taste, glam, jazz, blues, so on, with the music cds! I highly recommend for all age travellers! The owners are also so friendly and attentive. Love to go back when I go to Antwerp next time!

We stayed for two nights with other friends. Bart and Eva were fantastic hosts and the breakfasts were superb. Great place to stay if you are interested in music but also if you are not! Excellent location by atmospheric square with plenty of bars. Highly recommended

Superb venue, ideally located in the beautiful Berchem area with a plethora of great restaurants (I can definitely recommend Petit Boeuf) and bars nearby, wonderful rooms, friendly hosts… what more could you want for.

Rock Lobster is just perfect! Ideally situated, close to the train station and public transport in one of the safest quarters of Antwerp. Whether you just want to stay in that neighbourhood (lovely restaurants and bars) or go to a concert (many concert halls in walking distance), visit some museums (bus and tram within 5 minutes walk) or do some shopping, this is the place to stay. Super friendly owners, lovely rooms inspired by their love for music, great breakfast. They even leave the light on for you when you return home in the evening and you are welcomed by some soft music. Next time we come to Antwerp, this is where you will find us.

A lodge that feels like a boutique hotel. The super friendly owners have an eye for detail and are full of good suggestions to find your way in the city. Our room (jazz) was huge and included a shower and a bath. Lots of cd's in the room, a comfortable bed. We slept like babies. At breakfast we ate like monsters. Loved the fresh croissants with homemade jams, such as the Figgy Stardust. The excellent location was a bonus. Just around the corner you find a lovely square filled with restaurants. The place is within walking distance of another great area: Zuid. We definitely will return and wil recommandabele this lodge to all of our friends.
