Psychedelic iç mekana sahip bir otel - otel formundaki sihirli göz gibi! Bu otel, seyahat danışmanının sağladığı 'Anvers'in en iyi 42. oteli' statüsünü fazlasıyla hak ediyor! Engelli insanlar için ayrılmış, çiseleyen, kırık bir duşu olan bir oda verildikten sonra (iki kat sinir bozucu... hayır, hiçbir engelli kişinin böyle bir duşa katlanmak zorunda kalmaması gerektiğinden üç kat sinir bozucu!), odamızı aldık. ağrılarımız için ücretsiz bir kahvaltı teklif edilmesine rağmen (şaşırtıcı bir şekilde aslında daha küçük bir 'yükseltme') değişti.

My stay in this modern hotel was good. The check in was smooth. As the rooms are equipped with a system of electronic cards, it can be a bit complicated if your card isn’t activated (that was my case). The lift doesn’t move if your card isn’t activated. The room was standard, with a modern shower. Consider that the room isn’t cleaned every day. In my case, a 2-night stay, the room was cleaned at all. The releasing of “preserving the environment” is a bit too easy. The hotel saves a lot of money, but the price remains the same :-( Breakfast was good, either a variety of continental food.

Hakeem’s smile and hospitality always makes me forget my long travel journey when arriving at the hotel. Hotel location is close to “het eilandje”, lots of restaurants close by to explore, great to have a short walk around the water. Colourful rooms.

We had a stay in the Prizeotel because of Billies Craft Beer Festival in de Waagnatie. It was a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the Waagnatie so it was perfectly situated for our means. Parking was free because of “Wapenstilstandsdag” so easy and free parking behind the hotel was possible. Room was perfect: clean, great bed. Only downside was the fire alarm going off at 5 AM because someone was smoking in his (non-)smoking room, but good to know the alarm worked 😉

This is a wonderful hotel with a modern architecture, a cozy interior decoration, a convenient position not too far from the opera, and an excellent quality/price ratio (75 euro per night in a single room). The hotel looks fantastic both outside and inside. My room was small but comfortable and very well lit. Very importantly, all staff at reception was super friendly and helpful with self check-in. I was happy to talk to them. The duvet was a bit narrow as it was not entirely covering the double-size bed, and I'd rather have found a plastic cup in the room, but these are minor details compared to the whole experience. Excellent stay, highly recommended.

Stayed here for 2 night during our beerfestival weekend in Antwerp. Choose this hotel for its location since it was not to far away from 't Eilandje/Museum aan de Stroom and the Waagnatie. Hotel itself is very colourfull. Check-in with the computers went swift. Room I had was located at the 4th floor. Room itself was of decent size, bathroom was not too big but it worked. in the room you do miss a few little things; like glasswork. Bar/checkin area is 24/7. Airco at the room worked very well. Breakfast was basic but still good. Staff was very friendly and helpfull during our stay.

On the positive side the staff were very friendly and the colour scheme was zany. The room was well insulated and quiet with effective air con. Although the reviews I read described it as a budget hotel, this describes the facilities rather than the price. Our room was L shaped and I wonder if the room designer had an off day when he created ours since there was a light under the bed but there was no light in the part of the "L" where the desk was. Although this was a double room, there was just 1 hard plastic chair there. if you wanted to use the desk, you would have to use it during the day because there was no light anywhere near it (unless you turned the TV on). They ask you to re-use your towels if you're staying more than 1 night. That's fine but it would have been helpful if there were some hooks to hang them from so that they could dry. Breakfast was OK but fairly minimal. Fresh fruit would have made an improvement and a little more imagination and variety.
