Instalaciones brutales en un lugar alejado del centro de Berlín (1h en transporte). Cerca hay un supermercado y varios restaurantes.

Otel konum olarak çok güzel. Meclis binasına ve anıt kapıya yürüyerek 15 dakikada gidebiliyorsunuz. Alexanderplatz’a yürüyerek 15 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. Havalimanından ulaşım çok basit. Temizlik fena değil tuvaletimizin el peçetesi olduğumuz süre boyunca yoktu. En büyük eksiklik resepsiyon görevlilerinin egolu insanlar olması, arkadaşımız bizden bir gün önce geldi ve bizim ondan bir gün sonra geleceğimizi söyledi. Aynı odada kalmamız için mail bile atmıştım, arkadaşımda bunu söyledi. Biz check-in yaparken bunun imkansız olduğunu söyledi. Bu saçmalıktan başka bir şey değil.

Konum harika, Gesundbrunnen Merkezi'nin karşısında ve U-Bahn, S-Bahn ve uzun mesafeli trenlere bağlantı imkanı sunuyor. Apart otel odasının anahtarının otelin birkaç metre ilerisinden alınması gerektiği, önceden gönderilen e-postalarda açıkça belirtilmişti. Online giriş ve çıkış işlemleri de sorunsuz çalıştı. Bu nedenle talimatları dikkatlice okuyun. Resepsiyonist çok cana yakındı ve Almanca konuşuyordu. Wi-Fi şifresi resepsiyondan alınabiliyor ve benim için güvenilir bir şekilde çalıştı. Oda çok temiz ve bakımlıydı ve biraz sabırla 2000'den fazla TV kanalını bulabilirsiniz! Perdeler tamamen karartma sağlıyor ve harika bir sessizlik sunuyor. Odamdaki su ısıtıcısı akşam bozuldu ve ertesi sabah hemen değiştirildi. Ocak (Apart) Otel'de kesinlikle tekrar kalırım.

Absolutely loved this place – amazing location and a fantastic overall experience. The location couldn’t have been better – everything was within walking distance, from great restaurants and cafes to public transport and key attractions. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials provided. The atmosphere was cozy yet modern, and I immediately felt at home. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. It’s clear that the hosts care about creating a great experience for their guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. I’d definitely come back again!

Very good location, acceptable cleanliness. Fully self-service but some facilities are lacking. Shower water pressure is not good enough.

Had a pleasant stay at Aparthotel Adagio Berlin. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms in a convenient location—great for a longer stay in the city!

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Para hacer el checking es online y es un coñazo… a veces falla las taquillas y hay que esperar a que venga alguien… que pueden tardar unos 30min tranquilamente. No hay nadie en recepción… solo horas concretas de algunos días…. Eso si, el dormir allí muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado porque tienes al lado la estación de metro y bus que enseguida te lleva al centro. Limpieza muy buena y siempre te dejan algún detalle para desayunar como cápsulas de café, bolsas de té, patatas, bebida fría en la nevera….

Mükemmel konum ve olanaklar. Olumsuz yanı ise asansörün çalışmaması ve bavullarımızı beş kat merdivenden yukarı taşımak zorunda kalmamızdı.
