This charming studio of 20 m² on the ground floor, refurbished and fully equipped, overlooks a private terrace of 10 m², quiet on the courtyard side of the residence. The apartment has a secure parking space in the basement accessible with an elevator. The apartment consists of the following rooms:- An entrance with a large closet with a wardrobe and storage- A main room with a double bed convertible sofa (140x190 mattress, 12cm thick). An equipped kitchen (induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge, grill oven and microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils ...) with basic products (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar. ..). A high table for 2 people allowing to take meals or which can serve as an office. A television as well as a broadband internet box. A library with different books, guides, tourist brochures available and a "Google Home" to listen to music or answer all your questions :-)- A bathroom with WC, shower, sink, cupboard with mirror, towel dryer, hair dryer and a washing machine. Basic equipment is also provided (2 small towels, 2 large towels, toilet paper, soap)- A quiet terrace with a garden furniture (1 table and 2 chairs)- A secure parking space in the basement of the residence (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 m).Accommodation is provided for 2 people however it can accommodate up to 2 people and a young child if you bring a cot.For cleaning, we ask you to do your dishes and throw your trash when you leave. MMisafir KullanıcıThe room is OK size but it has got a bath and shower which is a good thing. The location is kinda perfect as it is in the city centre.
The Gym is basically a small room with 2 yoga matts. There is a sauna tho which we did not bother to use it as it has not got any shower nearby and it is like 5 minutes walk to get back to the room.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel was a little further out than I expected as it says central, also the room we were given was lovely but a few things need improving, the bathroom stunk of garlic when we arrived, just the bathroom and it went on opening the door and spraying perfume after a while but smelt liked they cleaned it with garlic oil, also there is no fan or air-conditioning and it was very warm, we had the windows open but both my daughter and I got eaten alive by mosquitos so a fan in the room would be helpful! Also was very noisy outside, building works opposite at 7am and uni students opposite the other way laughing and singing till the early hours so not much sleep between the noise, Hest and mosquitos! The actual room is lovely, with a kitchen area but just a few improvements would make it better.

BBarthosExcellent hôtel. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit-déjeuner est top top. Navette gratuite pour aller dans les différents parks. L’aéroport est proche (15min en taxi) et une navette est même présente dans la journée.

SsuhasapphireOda ve otel gerçekten temizdi. Erişilebilir bir konumda yer alıyor. Tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde. Personel gerçekten çok cana yakın ve çok yardımseverdi. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri gerçekten kolaydı ve oradaki konaklamamdan çok keyif aldım. Gerçekten çevre bilincine sahip olmalarını gerçekten takdir ettiğim bir şey.
Herkesin dikkat etmesi gereken bir şey, diş fırçası ve diş macununun sunulmaması. Ayrıca, daha iyi olabilecek bazı küçük şeyler, havlular için korkulukların çıkıyor gibi görünmesi. Ancak, bunlar karşılaştığımız gerçekten küçük sorunlardı.

Very quiet area and friendly staff, definitely worth a comeback.
We realised that they also have a pool on the day we left. Would have been nice to use it on these weather.

베베베감자가성비가 아주 좋았어요! 엄청 깔끔했고 난방도 잘 작동해서 춥지 않았어요. 다만 화장실 문이 고장나서 닫을 수가 없었어요. 친구들끼리 간 여행이라 큰 문제는 없었어요. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔고 취사 시설이 있어서 요리해먹을 수 있었어요! 호텔에서 제공해주는 티백도 잘 마셨어요 :)
It was very clean, very warm, and you can cook there. It was a perfect hotel for the cheap price. But the bathroom door wasn’t able to close completely which was not a big problem. The tea provided by the hotel was really nice as well!

Je suis déçu, car avant il y avait un sèche-cheveux dans la chambre, on avait le droit aux boissons sur la table , le lit est trop ferme, on a très mal dormi pour le prix ,

FFlorian Vasile 81When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me.
Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested.
The room was medium size with almost everything you might need.
The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized.
The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).

MMisafir KullanıcıIt was a nice hotel with a good location, friendly staff and the rooms are great as there’s a kitchen with a fridge and cutlery but only down side is no AC or Fan so when there’s hot weather and no wind it very stuffy hard to sleep at night
