Amazing resort, perfect for families. We went in May, weather was sunny and few days rain, which we used for sightseeing. Staff is really nice, rooms are clean, beautiful beach and a lot of different pools! Would absolutely recommend this resort!

Super nice rooms, with clean bathrooms and comfy beds. The area is well taken care of, with beatiful gardens and fresh pools. The restaurants were good, really nice breakfast and nice staff. The area is perfect with the beach close by and the pools are big. The surroundings are very quiet and its not much else to do than walking on the beach and hiking in the mountains. Peaceful and quiet for people who want to relax or excercise a lot. Tennis courts, padel coutrs and football field is well taking care of.

Excellent place of the Resort, between Rethymno and Chania cities, at a long sandy beach, near the most beautiful beaches and other interesting places to visit, with excellent food, 40 minutes from Chania-Souda port and 50 minutes from Chania airport, with very friendly people working in it and with very talented animation and spa teams.

This hotel was everything we hoped for and expected. We flew to chania because the busride is not that long (40-60 minutes). The personal was very friendly. The rooms cleaned every day. The food was excellent! The pools and beach side was beautiful. It had everything we needed. We had the all inclusive package, but it felt classy, because you can order cocktails or food via signature. Very large cocktail variation or food range. Also things which are not included, but that was fine. We enjoyed our stay very much and want to come back soon! The kids (4&5) enjoyed it very much. The hotel keeps its promises - very much recommended! Thanks for everything!

I am a thirteen year old girl. Since I was a little baby me and my parents has vacationed here. I totally love this place! I will definetly come back when I become an adult. Amazing pools, super-friendly and nice staff, fantastic food. Close to beach. This place has EVERYTHING! It is definetly my favorite place in the world. I can't wait to be here next time!❤

Perfect service, gentle personal and excellent food. It couldn't be better!! In the end of October there aren't too many people but the service is still perfect and the food in the different restaurants was awesome!

Had a great week here with my daughter. Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Loved walking round in the mornings down to the beach before breakfast. Super beach. We visited at the end of the season, so I guess the hotel wasn’t full. The pools had loads of beds & even at 10.30am, there were plenty free at all of the pools & on the beach. The staff were great & we felt very spoilt having drinks brought to our sunbeds. The food at breakfast & dinner was super. Plenty of choice & we enjoyed the different venues. Took the little train up to Lake Kournas which was lovely & then we made our own way, walking, back. We took the bus to Chania which was only €4.10 each! Plenty to see there & also great shops. The nearby village was small & a lot of the bars etc had closed for the season but we enjoyed a daily walk along the beach to the supermarket. I visited with my 18 year old, so we obviously didn’t need the kids facilities, but the many families we saw seemed to be having a great time with lots going on for the little ones. The vast majority of guests were German & everyone was very nice & it was a lovely a**osphere. As British guests, we felt very welcome & we could not fault the staff at all. We would definitely recommend this hotel 100%

Seamless Holidays! Very friendly and helpful people. We could change our room without any problems and we were perfectly supported by the pilot team. Especially the Giallos Beachrestaurant was very good for Breakfast and dinner.

Had a wonderful time at pilot during UK October half term. The resort is beautiful, beach is amazing, and animation team are delightful. Was blown away by the evening entertainments. Just wish they could be set earlier. Mini disco was much loved by my two kids, 7 and 9. Loved the variety of sports and fitness offerings through the day also. Kept us a bit too busy. Nearby kournas lake is a fantastic half day outing that is a must I think. Being strict vegetarians we were surprised by the choice of food available. Major gripe though is that the veg food is not kept separate from the meat food. If it were separated it would be a much more guilt free experience for vegetarians like ourselves who don't even like the thought of spoons being mixed up, which we are sure was happening at a number of stations. Please make this change for the benefit of those like us. Am sure it is doable. If this was fixed I would probably give 5 star review. Another disappoin**ent that there was no free steam and sauna available for guest use. Had to book and pay for this. Think that this should be a minimum offering for a hotel of this calibre.
