Nice. Second time there. First in 2018. Great standards. Many things even better. We loved doing water gymnastic and/or aqua gym in the shallow water of the sea in 2018. Nowadays trainers/animateurs had no idea that this existed once. But this is compaining on a high level. We loved the hotel, service and the food and love to come back again.

The hotel is beautiful, there is a small but good food selection based on the price you pay for all inclusive. There was three guys from South Africa amazing singers and performers, the disappointment was when hotel staff told them to lower the music making it hard for us hear the show from the back at the bar. The animation team after were very loud which made no sense but ok guess it’s how they operate. The hotel staff need to respect the Artist. I am not sure what the tall guys name is that works at the hotel had on white clothes but he needs to learn client relations not sure if he’s Greek but I hope the singers are ok.

The rooms are nice, the cleaners are good, and the reception staff are friendly (although there were long queues at busy periods). There were enough lounges at the pool and beach (it was half-term, too), and the beach was beautiful. We were over the buffet very quickly. We were expecting various catches of fresh grilled fish, octopus, squid, and anchovies, all steeped in olive oil, onion, and garlic, but instead, we got school dinners (although lots of fresh salad was available). N.b. Despite paying for half-board, we ate at Seven Souled (very close) for the final few nights (which I can't recommend enough)! The staff were very hit and miss; some really good staff, but way too many gormless or arrogant kids, especially those running the main bar at quiet periods. The staff at the beachside restaurant were contemptuous and bothered (except for one youngish, very friendly girl). Our daughter loved the kids club despite almost all of the other kids solely speaking German. There was no drinks service at the pool or beach, beach towels were scarce, and there was an occasional whiff of the drains. This hotel should be 3-star, 4-star at best!

Overall was a nice stay at the hotel. Location whilst nothing around the hotels is right on a nice sandy beach and excellent views. Food - was average and not a huge variety. They’re were also lengthy cues of about 30 mins to even get into the restaurant for breakfast and dinner at times. Also when in the main restaurant there are cues to certain sections. I feel this could worked so much better. Staff- Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Some of the bar staff at the main bar made you feel like a nuisance. Would ask for something and they would say sorry I can’t make that drink right now. I.e asked for milkshake and said no can’t do it even though I seen her just make one. When I challenged her she then said ok but you have to wait. She just didn’t want to go to the effort of getting some ice cream to make it! This happened when trying to order ice coffee. Lots of the waitress and waiters are super nice and friendly though they all seem overworked and rushing which makes you feel a little uneasy. Pool- nice pool options for all. Rooms- they are nicer enough but a little outdated. Overall - a nice hotel and worth a visit but definitely not a 5 star.

Great Holiday ! The complex is lovely Breakfast is great . Dinner there was plenty of choice but couldn’t book at the bookable restaurants and did not agree with the extra fee for certain nights . We ate out a lot in the near by town Georgioupoli and that was lovely and very reasonable, so for us B and B board would have suited better . The pools were amazing as was the beach . Staff polite and helpful. A really nice stay and would definitely stay again .

Very nice room, the staff was very helpful and nice. Food was nice and a lot to choose from. The only thing i have to say about improving is that it would be nice with some sunscreen/roof over the maincourt. We where on a training journey and it was very very hot mid days on the maincourt. For me too hot. The pool was very cold , even for a Swede ;) but maybe that was because we came on your first open weekend. We will probably go on this trip wit iForm again next year

Hi. We chose Pilot Beach Resort by chance and We are thrilled with that choice. Nice, calm and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and well-fitted. (There was no place to dry the swimming suit) There was excellent food and many specialties. The hotel offers many opportunities to spend time. We were thrilled with the gym. It was a pleasant evening program almost every day. Thank you Ivo

Cannot fault anything at all. The stay was absolutely amazing and did not want to leave. Staff incredibly hard working, brilliant service & helpful friendly. Everything you would expect from a 5* hotel. Views & grounds kept absolutely pristine and beautifully. Everything clean, even down to communal walkways. There were staff everywhere cleaning, tidying. Food was absolutely fantastic too, lots of choice, lots of fresh food, dishes & constantly refreshed. Nothing left long out to dry or go bad. There is far too much to write to be honest. It was the holiday of a lifetime and we will not forget it. Everything was honestly perfect. We are home now, and literally sat planning our return next year..!! 😎😎😎

Pilot was an amazing resort, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The resort has its own private beach which is beautiful and a short walk. The food was great every night with lots of options. Entertainment was great especially the Cretan dancing where they got the guests involved. I would definitely recommend and visit again!
