The remote beach, which is an artificial beach, is not of natural beauty, the location of the room should be adjusted so that there is no reason except that a room was delivered in the morning and I liked it, but when I returned from the remote beach, only me and my family, I was surprised that the location of the room was in the middle of a number of bars and nightclubs and loud noises that suit a family atmosphere, and I was very angry with their children under the age of six, which prompted me to the management to ask them to call the recruitment site with the family and especially the children, but I did not get my request due to the lack of rooms, and it was one of the worst nights I called with the forced, who could not sleep until after three o'clock from him and me because of the loud music that was able to the rooms inside, and this is all because of the receptionist who should have paid attention to receiving this room a family created of children under the age of six and not following them to stay in this place. (I hope that the hotel management will inform the reception staff that the team members are only partially selected in order to distinguish the other and choose him not only with a smile and a kind word)

The place was amazing the service was really fast. The staff was really polite and helpful at all times especially Amal and Laith. I would definitely go back again. However, one of the biggest issues that Ayla “not cloud 7” has is that they don’t provide transportation inside of Ayla for the hotel residents they only provide that for condo owners which is really bureaucratic of them, transportation should be available for all hotel residents inside of Ayla, this is the bare minimum. On the bright side Cloud 7 actually provided transportation for their residents, of course they couldn’t take people to all places only to a limited areas, again due to Ayla’s roles.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel, it is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the buildings are easy access to all the amenities in Ayla. The view from the room in Yasmin Building is spectacular. The hotel is very suitable for families, couples, friends, and huge families. The most important note is that the employees take the complaints of the visitors seriously and into consideration. I would like to thank Mr. Abdullah for all his efforts in making our stay extraordinary and better than the last stay. He took all of our notes into consideration and made our stay special and made us feel special which is really very important for the customer satisfaction. He exceeded our expectation and made us forget that complaint we had. Listening to our feedback and comments is the most important part in providing the best service. Thank you Mr. Abdullah for being very helpful and kind.

The place is nice, good location, many options around to eat ,shop and hang around for kids. the staff is usually helpful, but you could tell it becomes overwhelming when the occupancy is high. our arrival experience was not fantastic as we had to wait for couple of hours for our room to be ready, the manager in charge though ( Yahya) was nice and tried to make things happen. we have arranged snorkelling via the hotel , breakfast selection certainly can be better . the retail shops prices are over rated , but the evening bazar outside is good.

I would rate this place 7 stars. The rooms, the services, the location were all perfect. The rooms were very spacious and the view was astonishing. The staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommended and am coming back for sure

Perfect staycation destination,location and facilities ,perfect for families for all ages,free access to the pool and beach.the staff at the front office were very polite and helpful,Mr. Muthana,Ms.Amal . Clean and well located. We will go back inchallah.

Cloud7 was a perfect getaway!!!!! Peaceful, everything you need all in one place. Swimming in the Red Sea was magical. The apartments were expansive and super comfortable. Highly highly recommend !!!! Shuaib was an amazing employee and so helpful in getting us where we needed to be. We will be returning !

It was amazing apartment We really enjoyed the rooms and amenities.cleanliness, and the receptionist staff are perfect. It is one of the best hotels in Jordan, and I highly recommend it. The stuff there is very helpful, with a beautiful smile; the beach is very clean; and even the rooms are very clean. I give a 5-star rating to every person who works there, and me and my family enjoy every minute there. شكر خاص إلى الموظف مهدي المحترم

The room is the best amazing customer service the front desk are the best esp the girl i def will be coming back again and recommend one hundred percent!!!!!! The hatouta breakfast is the best ask for ahram he is the best! And btw we came from the movenpick to here because the service there was trash and cloud 7 did not disappoint us with there amazing service !!!!
