I had an amazing time at Oceani. All the employees we so kind, especially Alice, Felipe, and Allison. They were friendly and helpful. The WhatsApp information system was very convenient and efficient. There’s also a shuttle that takes you to beach park so you don’t have to walk, even though it’s still very close. There were many events during the week I was there like for São João and dias dos namorados. Plus always something for the kids. I would highly recommend family and friends to stay here! Thank you Oceani team!

1. We have a family of five so they just connected two rooms together. One has a queen bed and the other has three twin beds that are cramped together with hardly any room to move around. There is a tiny round table barely big enough to fit one laptop. 2. Location is amazing right by the beach but getting there could be a nigh**are. We arrived during rainy season and the roads right out front of the hotel are red mud and looks like a war zone. The roads are basically giant mud holes for the last kilometer getting to the resort. 3. Internet service is absolutely horrible and not acceptable for anyone who needs reliable internet for business. Every day the name of the WIFI network changes to something different and most of the websites I try to access have been blocked by the network administrator. Common news websites like cnn.com are blocked for no apparent reason. This means my daughter was unable to do any of her research for her homework and our ability to handle our business was hindered as well. 4. Things nowhere to be found: Ice or ice maker anywhere on the premises, a microwave, a balcony, and no running potable water in the rooms or water fountains anywhere on the resort. This means we had to buy bottled water every day when we went out because the tiny refrigerator doesn't hold much and isn't very cold. The lack of a balcony means we have no place to put our wet cloths or our sandy shoes when we return from the beach so the sand naturally transfers all across the tile floor and eventually gets mixed into the bed sheets. It just blew my mind that there would be a hotel right on the beach without a balcony or even the ability to open a window or sliding glass door to hear or feel the ocean breeze. That's the whole point of beach front. Literally every other hotel in the surrounding area has open balcony areas. The lack of air flow or ventilation meant there is always a lingering smell of some sort, either from damp clothing or from whatever food was eaten the day before. Oh, and there are ants. Not many, but at night the kids were complaining because an ant or two would walk across their face while they were trying to watch TV and it scared our little one so much he couldn't sleep all night. The ceiling was also not very sound proof as we could hear the residents upstairs constantly stomping their feet. 5. Most disappointing is that there was really no communication from the staff. When we arrived we were never given any instructions, a map of the facility, a brochure of any kind, or any direction on what the "resort" consisted of. Every other day I was finding out new things that the staff should have told us when we arrived. From walking around by ourselves we quickly realized there were no real amenities. We found out on our sixth day of a 7 day vacation that there is a "fitness center" behind the resort that no one uses. It consists of a couple pieces of worn out equipment and some light dumbells. Staff is very nice, Hotel shows its age and needs upgrade. Far from everywhere if you don't care about surfing or the water park. The food/drink prices are very high, beach is hardly usable because of strong surf.

Lugar incrível!!!! Cast members incríveis!! Comida deliciosa, sobre a recreação...e olha q não gosto...até eu queria participar...sabe lugar perfeito? É esse! Resort pé na areia, com infraestrutura sem ter o q reclamar!! De um grupo de 8 pessoas...as 8 acharam perfeito...queremos voltar sempre!!!

EQUIPE DO HOTEL MARAVILHOSA! !!!!! Recepção, Camareiras, Manutenção, Garçons, Cheff de cozinha, Seguranças, Guarda-vidas, motorista do ônibus, todos MARAVILHOSOS!!!!! Buffet maravilhoso todos os dias, desde o café da manhã, os petiscos e até à noite encerrando com jantar super especial. (super recomendo a inclusão do jantar) Fiz questão de cumprimentar o cheff da cozinha.(acho que é Jocélio). Faço questão de elogiar, pois conheço vários locais que nem se aproximam do Oceani.

Hotel very old, nobody speaks english, we had some problems in our room, the rooms need to be refurnished. The beach is quite nice but we had very bad luck with the weather. The beach park is great for the kids but quite boring for the adults. I won’t come back.

We had the best week at Oceanis Park Hotel!!! It was our first time in Greece and we absolutely loved it. Its in the perfect location - a 5 min walk from the beach, a 10 min drive from the airport, and with so many lovely bars and restaurants on its doorstep. The old and new towns of Ixia are closeby, as well as the stunning surrounding towns of Faliraki and Lindos. We want to say a special thank you to Maria for being so kind and friendly in helping us to organise our day trips, as well as Tsampikos - the best barman in the hotel!!! We can’t wait to come back, thank you so much. Nicola and Josh x
