One of the best hotels I have ever been to in my life. I hidden gem in a breathtaking location in the basque mountains. The rooms are incredible, the beds, the bathtub, the views, every single detail has been carefully thought through. The SPA is insane. Also, the level of service and attention we received was exquisite. Alberto, the manager, is exceptional. I could not recommend the place enough if you want to treat yourself with a weekend of nature, fresh air and a top-luxury hotel.

Hotel room is beautiful, mattress and pillows are exceptional. It was relaxing time. Alberto and his staff took good care of us. Spa was amazing and private, even we have to pay separate but worth it. Beautiful and green landscape. We took bicycle ride to visit waterfall and Arantxa village. Hotel gave us little beautiful souvenir to remind us of the stay.

Our stay here was exceptional from start to finish. Alberto & Johannes were so welcoming. We were upgraded on our honeymoon and had a very tranquil stay. The food was fantastic, gorgeous views in the valley and lovely nearby cycles and hikes. We enjoyed the spa and the rooms are lovely. We cannot fault this place and would highly recommend a visit! Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Excellent accueil, l’hôtel est magnifique avec un grand confort rien ne manque les chambres sont superbes avec vue sur la montagne,dépaysement total avec la nature omniprésente. La nourriture composée de produits locaux est très plaisante et goumande .

Joya de cinco estrellas que ofrece una experiencia excepcional. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, con una arquitectura elegante y una decoración exquisita. El servicio al cliente es impecable, con un personal atento y amable que se esfuerza por satisfacer todas tus necesidades. Las habitaciones son súper espaciosas, elegantes y bien equipadas. Las vistas panorámicas desde las ventanas son simplemente impresionantes, permitiéndote disfrutar de la belleza natural que rodea al hotel. La gastronomía es otro punto destacado de ArantzaHotela. Los restaurantes ofrecen una deliciosa variedad de platos elaborados con ingredientes frescos y de alta calidad. Además, el spa y las instalaciones de bienestar son un oasis para revitalizar cuerpo y mente.

Excelente hotel y mejor el trato. Buena comida en especial las comidas en la bodega. El trato es muy personal y el entorno inmejorable. La cama confortable y la habitación es excelente, cómoda y luminosa.

Instalaciones de lujo en un maravilloso lugar...pero lo mejor es el servicio, te hacen sentirte como si estuvieras en tu casa, además te organizan actividades en naturaleza, culturales y gastronómicas en el entorno del hotel. Es la segunda vez que hemos ido, y sin duda volveremos.

Estancia inmejorable. Habitaciones muy espaciosas con todo lujo de detalles (cama comodisima, almohadas, bañera…). La experiencia en el spa también Chulisima. Las cenas muy agradables y el entorno idilico. Si te gusta el treking/senderismo no te pierdas la ruta de las siete cascadas. Tampoco la excursión en bicicletas eléctricas. Todo genial y el trato y dedicación de las personas que nos atendieron fue estupendo.

Hôtel superbe , très cosy . Excellent accueil , sympathique et personnalisé , avec boisson de bienvenue . Les chambres sont magnifiques , spacieuses et dotées de tout le confort de luxe de cette catégorie d’hôtel , les doux oreillers en plumes d’oies , la literie xxl confortable à souhait , sans oublier le calme et les vues depuis les baies et le balcon des chambres . Une restauration recherchée , goûteuse avec une décoration parfaite des assiettes , un service à table soigné et une cave très complète avec un petit vin blanc de Navarre Idéal qui à accompagné notre menu dégustation . Petit déjeuner pantagruélique apporté en chambre , table dressée par le personnel , avec nappe , couverts et produits disposés agréablement . Tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients , très a l’écoute et plein de petites attentions . C’était un week-end d’excellence dans un univers exceptionnel et qui nous laissera un magnifique souvenir . Cet « Arantza Hôtela « conjugue l’exception dans le ravissement .
