We extended our stay because we enjoyed the resort very much. You can get good value for a river cruise and forest trek from tuk tuk drivers outside the resort

Definitely a place to go if you're looking for a relaxing travel destination that feels like home. Amazing service with genuine and caring staff, collaboration with local tour guides to make your stay in Arbamich safe and fruitful, comfortable shuttle service....and much more.

The hotel has an amazing staff, from the hostesses, waiters and waitresses, guards and even the housekeepers. The food is so amazing and you also have a wide variety to choose from, the rooms are well kept and clean, you’ll extremely love it here ❤️💯

The resort itself is a paradise. The grounds are meticulously maintained, with lush gardens and pristine facilities that invite relaxation and exploration. Our room was a haven of comfort and luxury, offering breathtaking views and all the amenities one could wish for. However, what truly sets haile resort apart is the exceptional staff. Every interaction, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was marked by genuine kindness and a willingness to assist with anything we needed. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, making our stay effortlessly enjoyable.

I really loved my experience here the best even all the staff are so respectful, helpful overall excellent staff even the place is so peaceful, the play ground is so fun for children even for adults we had fun there. We all had the best experience here thanks to the staff and the place.

We have stayed at Haile resort Arba Minch for four nights , it was an amazing experience, especially Hiwot front desk representative was very helpful always grateful to help , in addition the whole staff members from security, restaurant staff cleaning crews all gave us great service, this is what makes this resort the best of all , great hospitality service!

We feel soo proud that this kind hospitality and comfort is found in our Owen country we had an amazing and outstanding stay at Haile resort it starts from gate to the whole staff we saw all round the resort . The food the cleanliness safety tour guides we were referred to we give them all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service with attention to detail. Staff are very hospitable. Rooms are amazing. The view from the room is breath taking. I'll stay there just for the view. We tried the breakfast buffet, it was excellent. As a foreigner I got to try Ethiopian classics. Thank you for the kind service.
