Basic but spotlessly clean. Stunningly beautiful surroundings. Lush gardens. Spa is lovely and entrance included. Food ok but same each day and more variation would be welcomed. Love this place for a chilled relaxing break.

Cool property. What they don’t tell you on booking is that it is a complex of 3 interrelated properties and they are all quite a distance from the spa facilities. If the one you book is closed or a service is unavailable they will simply move you without asking you. They moved us from a hotel perhaps 250m from the spa complex to one 500m away. Ordinarily no big deal but on a cold winter night having to walk back outside wet from the spa a bigger deal. The gigantic indoor pool was closed (also not advertised) so they “offered” us a pass to their “thermal circuit” which was indoors. We took one look at the tight enclosed hot steamy crowded rooms and maskless guests and went running for the huge outdoor pool. Asked them to comp us something else instead and they refused. The front desk was really invested in arguing that the circuit was perfectly safe. Uh, no. Also, too many kids in the outdoor pool. An adults-only slot would really improve the experience. On the other hand, swimming in a hot thermal pool under a rising full moon in the mountains=magic

La estancia en el hotel León muy buena. La habitación grande y limpia. El baño nuevo con ducha recién renovado. El bufet libre sencillo pero más que suficiente y muy bien guisado todo. Y el tratamiento y las instalaciones las mejores, bonitas y bien cuidadas de todas las que he visitado. Muy recomendable.E

Mala esperiencia Las habitaciones de planta baja oscuras e insalubres con mal olor y totalmente oscuras, sin opción a cambio. Comida poco variada La atención del personal de recepción muy desagradable

Me gustó mucho el Balneario de Archena el hotel muy atentos mucha limpieza todo prácticamente a mano piscinas aguas termales pero sí es verdad que hay una cosa que no me ha gustado que en la habitación no tuviéramos un frigorífico pequeño para poder mantener un poco de agua fresca con el calor que hace

Hemos estado 12 días 11 noches con el programa Termalismo del inserso. Los tratamientos de las termas, lodos, respiratorio y nebulizador colectivo muy bien, el personal agradable y muy trabajador, mención para Cati y Gracia por su amabilidad. La comida buffet flojita, pero 11 días por 491€ todo incluido se entiende que no puedes exigir más, por cierto, faltaban siempre cucharillas pequeñas, y l@s camarer@s lo pasaban mal porque nos decían que no podían hacer nada, que no habían y punto. La limpieza ha sido lo peor, zonas comunes y nuestra propia habitación (316) rozando lo INSALUBRE, pongo fotos y ampliadas se ve claramente, guías de nuestro armario, sanitario wc, suelo del baño, silla donde teníamos que apoyar los brazos, etc., ascensores, y el pasillo que va a las Termas para los tratamientos, una vergüenza que estaba todo así de sucio desde el día que llegamos, la cucaracha totalmente seca.... Destacar que durante toda nuestra estancia todo ha seguido así de sucio y mugroso. Otros años tenían un bono para las piscinas, pero este año el precio para el inserso era de 9'50€ día cada uno, y el parking 5€ día. He puesto esta reseña después de intentar ponerme en contacto con Juana Mari que es la persona que se supone que debíamos dirigirnos para cualquier cosa los del inserso, sin tener ninguna respuesta por su parte. Espero que esto sea para ayudar a otras personas que piensen ir a este hotel y le den la importancia que nosotros le hemos dado a la limpieza.

Como baneareo no mereze la pena ya que supuesta mente vas a relajarte y resulta que esta lleno de niños dando voz es y en las piscinas tirándose enzima de los peores que he estado deprimente baneareo

Hotel muy normalito con necesidad de reformas en habitaciones,las ventanas no estan insonorizadas por lo tanto de pende donde te den la habitación tendrás ruidos o no, bufet del restsurante de baja calidad y poca variedad. Acceso alas picinas de pago(carisimo) aparcamiento de pago. Lo unico positvo son las termas y sobre todo los empleados que son majisimos.
