Good points Really clean and functional apartment's. Really helpful staff Location is right in the resort centre. Bad points Food not very warm. Very limited choice of food. The food was pretty poor. Couple hand rails by reception where lose considering hotel just reopened for season. In conclusion really good value for money. But go self catering at this hotel. If you mobility issues. You would struggle to the second floor apartments. The tiles around the outside areas will get slippery when wet.

Fantastic location and resort really clean in all areas. Booked a one bed and upgraded to a 2 bed at reception for 20 euros a night jet2 wanted and extra £1000! Stayed self catering but had breakfast a couple of times 10 euros per person pay at breakfast. Two lovely pools main one by restaurant and a quieter one on other complex just across road on way to water park. 5 min walk to water park Had water park included as booked with jet2 that was lovely and clean and good day out. Never ate their but prices were reasonable. Also go kart track adult 19 euros 1 go and 15 euros 2nd go kids 15 euros and 11 euros. We ate in piccolo most evenings and had takeaways for lunch food was great and reasonably priced.

What a fabulous location at the Cala'n Bosch Marina. Stunning views and lots of lovely restaurants around the Marina, it was hard to decide where to go for dinner! Supermarkets and gift shops right across the road too. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Poolside was great, kids had an awesome time. Bar staff were great. Jose and Victor provided fabulous entertainment at poolside in the afternoon and in the evening. We had unlimited access to the AquaRock Waterpark (via Jet2holidays) which is literally a 2 min walk from the apartments, the kids loved it! The beach was about a 5 minute walk in the other direction. Cleaners appeared everyday to empty bins and give clean towels and change bedding if needed. The whole complex was spotless! Would highly recommend and would definitely return. A fab family holiday was had.

The only good part was the view of the harbour. Could be a brilliant hotel if upgraded all round, apartments are old and broken down, hotel have answers for everything but photos taken show the real truth of hotel one star only is being generous . Don’t book unless you want a horrible holiday

Beautifully clean hotel in an unbeatable position. Everything on your doorstep and very near the bus stop. Breakfast was amazing everyday. Had a fabulous relaxing holiday and would love to return in the future with family. Thank you !

Been to this complex many times in 30 years and always get a basic but clean apartment with air con, cooking rings, toaster, microwave and fridge. Going self catering is easy as there are several shops in the resort where you can buy groceries. In addition there are many great restaurants in the harbor area. Our favourite is Capriccio Italian an Italian restaurant second to non. You MUST eat here! Also, the resort is very close to the bus stop for number 65 to Cuitadela. A great place to stay.

First visit to Menorca would definitely return. Yes the hotel is basic, but found the beds comfortable, there is a flight of stairs up to the apartment which were quite steep but we did have a nice view of the harbour. Didnt eat there but people we talked to said how nice the food was. It was towards the end of the season so plenty of sun beds around pool but they definitely could do with some upgrades! Lovely area within walking distance, plenty of bars and restaurants and approx 10 min walk to the beach
