The security staff at gates were amazing. Very friendly, informative and helpful 😍

Water and hydro were out for hours, couldnt warm food for my 8month old. They had no back up power sources...did not even offer cold water to drink during this time. Manager disappeared, no answers no nothing.
Half the time we were there the water slides were not running. Pool was fine but had to buy pool hats or you werent allowed in.
Beach time had to be booked everynight for the day after could not book in advance as ther was limited spots available.
Rooms were full of aunts, complained to the front desk but was told it is what it is. Breakfast we had to look for our name that was placed on a table took us 20 mins every morning to find the table with our name on it. If there was any nightly entertainment, we have no idea where or when they started as staff was completely useless.

sinceramente al primo giorno di gita di 3ª media al primo giorno abbiamo trovato tende bucate luce fulminata insetti dappertutto addirittura sulle lenzuola e abbiamo trovato anche una farfalla nera grande uno schifo mai piu questa cosa.

Un posto da incubo. Le stanze orribili, tristi, con la tenda crollata per metà, il bagno cieco e minuscolo con il bidet completamente tappato, la doccia con la tenda che quando ti lavi allaghi il bagno. Televisore presente ma non funzionante, l'ultimo giorno (su tre) non c'era l'acqua calda. La luce fredda come quella degli ospedali, nessuna insorizzazione delle camere quindi senti tutto quello che succede fuori, di fianco e sopra. Insomma, mai più.

Siamo andate per un'uscita scolastica di due giorni. Appena ricevute le chiavi abbiamo avuto molte difficoltà ad aprire la porta, tanto da dover chiamare lo staff e scoprire che era veramente difettosa. Una volta riusciti ad aprire la porta abbiamo subito notato le coperte sporche e lenzuola piene di capelli e peli oltre a macchie e odore nauseante. La luce non si accendeva nemmeno dopo numerosi tentativi e le prese non funzionavano tanto da dover chiamare un tecnico svogliato e demotivato. Chi aveva il contatore elettrico (privo di protezione) doveva andare a sentimento per rimettere la corrente che saltava e tornava continuamente. Le porte, con i cardini allentati e scritte varie, avevano buchi e maniglie completamente difettose e senza serrature. Il bagno piccolissimo e scomodo con il lavandino strabordante di calcare. La stanza era popolata da insetti come formiche, blatte e zenzare che resistevano come noi all'odore nauseante. Si sentiva tutto ciò che accadeva sia nelle stanze accanto che all'esterno e questo comportava un sonno completamente disturbato. Nella mensa scarsa qualità dei prodotti e il personale scorbutico a parte 2 camerieri. L'unica cosa che consiglierei sono la piscina e lo spazio all'esterno.

Da evitare assolutamente... Struttura datata e fatiscente... Camere squallide e bagni inaccettabili... Ristorante simile ma anche peggio di una mensa di caserma... Cibo scadentissimo... Esterni accettabili ma non in grado di compensare il disagio che scaturisce da tutto il resto...

Parto col dire che le recensioni negative sono false, perché l'hotel é molto bello.Camere pulite e molto spaziose e comode, con mini frigoriferi.Piscina bellissima, campo da calcio e da beach volley di sabbia.Reception molto lussuosa e con ristorante a buffet, devo dire molto buono.Si trova a due passi dal mare, del resto tutto bello.L'unica pecca é la doccia che spara dove vuole.

Lo sconsiglio per chi non è amante degli insetti perché si possono trovare nel letto sulle mura soprattutto negli angoli troviamo muffa metto 2 stelle solo per il cameriere pino molto simpatico il cibo non è il massimo...................
