Staffs was nice and the hotel was cozy. There was a bathtub so I could warm up my body.

Had a two bedroom, 2 bathroom suite which was great. Kitchenette area and small living room seating. . Plenty of room and the room was clean and comfortable. Great location and easy parking. This is my second time staying at this hotel and would stay again.

Very average overall. Great location. Check in was painfully slow. Bonvoy membership not acknowledged, stingy with bottled water. Rooms nice, well equipped, breakfast buffet well stocked-especially fresh Granny Smith apples. I would return based on specific neighborhood location I was seeking.

We usually stay at the one in Rosslyn, one Metro stop away. However, this time we wanted a two-bedroom suite and Rosslyn did not have availability. First, the rooms. This includes two bathrooms, so it could easily be shared by two couples. The living room is compact and includes a TV, as does each bedroom. The kitchen has everything except a toaster or an oven, so a toaster-oven would be great, but hazardous, I imagine. The dining room table is comfortable for 4-5 people. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has a tub. The room was quiet. We have yet to try more of the common areas, such as pool, laundry and gym. Breakfast is standard with plenty of seating. The front desk staff is very helpful, with directions to the nearby pharmacy and food store. The area is very safe. We did not bring a car so cannot comment on the garage.

We recently spent two nights at this property. It's conveniently located in Arlington right next to the Courthouse Metro Station. I checked in online and our room was ready when we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC had some sort of motion detector that increased the temperature from time to time. After the first hot night, I noticed the directions on how to bypass that feature. I'm fine with saving some energy when we're not in the room but not when we're trying to sleep. Additionally, the shower head obviously had a flow restrictor. The water pressure was pretty bad. Housekeeping service is provided every 2 days unless requested more frequently. I requested "stayover" service. We were out of the room for the entire day but the service was not provided. Breakfast service was good and there was a nice variety of items. There's a small fitness center with some cardio equipment and a few weights. It was very warm in the room Overall, we enjoyed the stay but the management needs to revise some of the "green" practices that are inconvenient to guests.

Begin with the room. We had a nonstop A/C that would not shut off. If you tried to lower the temp just 2° it would blow Hot air. It was extremely cold and windy in the room all the time! The shower had very Low pressure which I don’t expect from a Marriott hotel! The service from several different front desk associates was not friendly and robot like. Again, not what we are used to from Marriott, especially when my husband has gold status. They could’ve cared less! The breakfast staff was Super efficient and very friendly! Food is average at best, unfortunately. Parking is convenient and $29/ night + city fees etc. we will check out other locations to stay in the future.

We traveled to the area to visit our former neighborhood and some Smithsonian museums. I was mostly concerned about having a little space for our young kids so that we could keep them as quiet as possible and avoid bothering others. The 2 BR suite was great! This hotel was very clean and welcoming, clearly had some recent updates, and seemed pretty soundproofed. We could walk to anything we wanted to do but also easily drove to Old Town Alexandria and into the city. Breakfast also turned out to be pretty awesome and the kids loved it! I would love to come back soon. It’s a fantastic location for restaurants, parks, and the metro, while still being in a quiet neighborhood.

My daughter stayed at this hotel during a school trip to DC. She had no complaints with her stay. I, however, am very dissatisfied with response I got when trying to get a left item returned to us. My daughter left a quite large stuffed animal in her room that she had just purchased during her trip. I called the next day and was sent to housekeeping voicemail. Never received a call back from them even to say they didn't find it. Called again on Thursday and spoke with a gentleman at the front desk who assured me he would have housekeeping look again (she thought she left it under the bed) and that he would personally call me the next morning even if it wasn't found. Have yet to receive a call from him either. I can only assume it was stolen by a member of the housekeeping staff or they were so careless in cleaning that they did not look under the bed and it was stolen by the next occupant. Very disappointed with the response I got from the staff at this hotel!!

Under construction. Elevator full of sound insolation but already construction noise early morning... I really wanted to sleep longer!!! I am Marriott bonvoy ambassador elite and i wasn't treated as one ( many things as not upgrading room when there was many 1 bedroom suite but they gave me a normal room. etc)
