The young lady that check me in was amazing and engaging. She was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, the view from my room was awesome. That was my favorite part. I will definitely book another stay at the this location.

Staff is super nice. They are really busy with spring break and tons of rain and wet guests but nothing but smiling faces.

The rooms are extremely outdated. The lobby and bar are very nice. Once you get to the elevator it’s downhill from there.

No problems with the property other than the fact that the trolley that was supposed to bring us to ATT Stadium never came, leaving us all scrambling for Ubers. That’s not the hotel’s fault though. Leah at the front desk was the star of the show. Pleasant , attentive , and helpful.

Room was old and furniture was falling apart. Cleaning people never cleaned behind the door as it was closed there was a clear line of dust on the carpet.

Front staff “Daniela” was amazing. Great communication, very friendly and even brought our Uber Eats delivery to our room. I only wish the Z Bar & Grill would have better hours.

The room we had was in need of repair. The tile was cracked in bathroom. The magnifying mirror was broken and the cabinet with the mini fridge was badly damaged. Not the standard I am accustomed to with Hilton

From check in to check out I could not find anything negative to say. We had the best receptionist, Leah at check in. It was obvious she enjoyed her job. We ate at the bar the first evening. Our waitress was exceptional. I will return.

Great location to everything but the property is starting to look older for a 4 star. They did not offer anything in lobby such as free coffee unless you are willing to pay. Our room’s AC was stuck on and we had to have maintenance come in to fix it. The TV had connection issues and didn’t work very well. No complaints on the service from the staff.
