Nice little hotel, staff was attentive. The hotel was clean and had a nice pool and sauna for the family.
Morning breakfast was okay, not much variety.

We booked for five nights relying on the photos and reviews. Our room had one window at the front which had bars and was blcoked. We had no natural light and felt like a punishment cell The furniture was dated and the fridge rusted. The bathroom was cramped and had a very old suite. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything outside and next door. We tried to put the booking down to experience but after three days had to check out when we were offered no help or refund This is the first time I have written a review like this Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else

Muy lindo lugar, cómodo y con buena ubicación; ideal para venir en familia con niños o solos. totalmente recomendable, locomoción muy cerca y cuenta con locales de comida y farmacia cerca también ante una urgencia, al centro caminando estás a 10 minutos

Ficamos no quarto 11, quero parabenizar a toda equipe, em especial a o funcionário Cristian que foi muito atencioso conosco, representando muito bem a empresa. Piscina, ofurô com água aquecida, quartos limpos e perfumados.

Pésimo el hotel, le hace falta urgente el mantenimiento. Hay cucarachas, el desayuno es deficiente, toallas sucias, las camas son catres, colchones manchados, un asco! Nadie merece pasar unas vacaciones en ese lugar. Yo personalmente al tercer día me tuve que cambiar de hotel, porque la noche del día dos, andaba un ratón en las áreas comunes y yo andaba con bebé de 1 año. Pase un muy mal rato. Finalmente me fui de hotel, y me reversaron el dinero. Me fui al hotel Don Quijote, y es una maravilla. Dejo este mensaje porque fue un momento de mucha angustia, desesperación y nadie merece pasar eso en sus vacaciones.

Excelente lugar y atención. Disfrutamos mucho con la familia. El personal, siempre muy preocupado por brindar una excelente atención. Los cuartos muy cómodos y los desayunos bastante completos. Todo muy bien!

Horrible las habitaciones, sucio, hay cucarachas, espantoso por donde se lo mire. El desayuno incomible, la piscina era lo unico limpio y climatizado. La ubicacion no es buena, la vista es deplorable, hay olor feo todo el dia. No lo recomiendo

Pra começar no quarto dos meus filhos foi tinha uma lacraia no tapete do banheiro. Uma cisterna aberta em baixo de uma das camas. Após solicitar a mudança de quarto para um no andar de cima, mais três lacraias foram encontradas no banheiro, uma delas enorme! Os quartos em péssimo estado de conservação. Os ralos dos banheiros não fecham. O ar condicionado não funciona. O café da manhã com frutas passadas e moscas nos alimentos. Essa hospedagem foi show de horro!!!

Le falta mantenimiento. Un día por falta de personal no nos hicieron la habitación. Muy mala conexión de Wifi. Sirven el desayuno de 8 a 11 horas, por lo que sí hacés excursiones, te quedas sin desayunar ya que algunas salen a las 7. Pedimos sí nos prestaban un microondas para calentar y estaba quemado. Las piscinas buenas y limpias, solo qué una de ellas, la más pequeña está junto a los baños comunitarios y había un olor espantoso. El desayuno y la piscina son las cosas rescatables de este hospedaje. Está a dos cuadras de la zona portuaria y a 15 minutos caminando de Rúa das Pedras. La verdad, no volvería.
