Pousada Aroma do Mar by Latitud Hoteles

A pousada e linda ! A piscina a noite e o que de mais lindo, para tomar um drink só luar! ! Só fiquei triste pois era meu aniversário e prometeram um bolinho comemorativo e por 3 vezes avisei a 3 recepção e não né deram o meu bolinho …. Fui embora sem !

Café da manhã perfeito, piscina perfeita porém no bar do hotel não tem todas as bebidas que estão no cardápio, cama de casal eram duas de solteiro com o colchão de casal por cima e o ar do meu quarto desarmou a madrugada inteira onde não consegui dormir a noite toda sem que acordasse para lugar o ar novamente

Único ponto positivo é a localização, o demais não volto e nem recomendo para ninguém. Muitas escadas, não tem rampa em nenhum lugar. Nem pensar de levar idosos para esse lugar. Os funcionários não são simpáticos, estamos num grupo e outras pessoas acharam a mesma coisa. E café da manhã fraco, e o detalhe vc compra pelo site com café incluso e chega lá não está .

Atendeu a necessidade da família. Boa hospedagem.

We were in paradise, and still we loved to be at our hotel. The pool area was exquisite. The bar staff very friendly. With this said, our room was very good, with a king size bed and an easy manageable TV. The shower was kind if tricky, but we soon understood how to set it.

Everyone at the hotel does their best to make you feel at home. Breakfast is wonderful and so is the service. Adriana and her partner are amazing! So are the people at the reception desk, cleaners, managers, housekeeper, maintenance crew... all the staff, indeed! The room was lovely and all the hotel is very nice and spotless.

well located, great view, with good infrastructure and services. There is a van that takes guests to some beaches. breakfast changes the menu a little, but everything is very tasty and beautifully presented.. but it is not a place accessible to people with mobility difficulties

We were in Buzios for a visit with my husband in June, from the 7 to 13. Originally, when we booked our hotel of choice we booked at the Barra da Lagoa Hotel, part of the Latitud Hoteles in Buzios. When we arrived to the hotel we booked, it turned out that we have been transferred to the Pousada Aroma do Mar, also a member of the same family of hotels. In that moment we realized that we were notified the very morning of the date for check-in. According to the notice at the hotel's door, all the bookings would be honored at Pousasa Aroma do Mar, for the same price we had paid, and according to them, the transfer was considered an upgrade to the original hotel. Even that they offered a van to take us to the new location, we decided to walk (it was just a few blocks away). The hotel is well located in walking distance to Rua das Pedras and some of the beaches. Even that it was stated that it would be an upgrade transfering us the the other hotel, it was not. We arrived to the hotel and the check in process was smooth and as expected, we were asked to leave our suitcases in an space they have available, because the room would be available after 3pm, but they offered we could use the pool area if we wanted. When we came back in the afternoon, we got our room. The original booking requested a double bed only and the room we got had a king-size bed and on top of it there was a concrete made bunk bed that would fit other 2 persons in the same room. The disposition of this kind of bunk bed is very inconvenient and uncomfortable, because you need to be very careful to not to hit your head when you are going to bed or when you are leaning the bed, even for short people. For tall guests the situation probably would be more uncomfortable. The bed and pillows was very comfy. The towels sometimes were average quality and some times low quality, depending of the time we requested to be changed, and sometimes when we came back to the room they had forgotten to leave hand towels. Also the room do not have glasses available for the guest as usually is and there is no ice machine and the only way you can get drinking water is buying your own from them or for an external place. Even the room offered cable tv the quality of the options were very poor and the smart tv did not offered the option to use your own account of a streaming service such Netflix that we wanted to use one of the days because it was raining most of the day. The worst thing was the complementary breakfast offered to all the guests. The menu was always always the same. Scrambled eggs, hot-dog sausages, fruit, ham, cheese , bread and cereal. Also there were 2 or 3 cakes and cookies available. Being in Brazil, as a guest you expect to have fresh natural juice for your breakfast, but it was not. The two options of juices available were wade from concentrated, always with an insane amount of sugar that a 1 to 1 dilution with water was not enough to have a good taste of the drink. The machin

Excelente Pousada, linda por donde se la vea, cercana a casi todas las playas y el centro. Desayuno impecable, variado y rico. Quiero destacar la atención, particularmente de Francisco de recepción. Fue mi primer viaje solo y primera vez en Buzios así que estaba un poco desorientado y con dudas. Francisco no solo me asesoró de a qué playas ir, cómo llegar, restaurantes y puntos de interés sino que también cada vez que volvía a la Pousada estuvo pendiente de consultar cómo me fue, cómo estuvo, si necesitaba alago. Sentí que la atención era personalizada y vi que lo hacía con cada huésped en cualquier idioma. Trabajo supervisando Front Desk en un hotel de cadena y esa es la atención que pretendo que se dé. Se notan las ganas, la buena onda y el profesionalismo. Tienen una persona muy valiosa en su equipo. Volveré.
