What a lovely Pousada! Very helpful staff. Nice large room and bathroom. We had two rooms. one for my adult son and one for my husband and I. very large and clean. The breakfast spread was lovely and service great. The Pousada had a pool, and Souna area. We really enjoyed out time in Bouzios. The Pousada is relatively closes to one of the beaches which was clean. But in March, the water was a bit cold. we went instead to the Tortuga 9sp?) beach which had clean and warmer waters and lots of ocean front restaurants and seating area. If in Bouzios again, we could gladly go there again.

We visited Buzios in December and couldn't have made a better choice with our accommodation. The Pousada da Cyssa offers comfortable rooms, a superb breakfast, great facilities (pool and sauna!) and the staff was always very helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! The location is walking distance from Geriba Beach and has restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Taking an Uber to the city center is quick and worked without any issues. We can 100% recommend staying here!

A melhor Pousada que já estivemos! Quarto maravilhoso, café da manhã de alto nível com opções selecionadíssimas, localização das melhores, atendimento de primeira linha com funcionários respondendo a todas as solicitações cabíveis... Enfim recomendo de olhos fechados, a todos, sem excessão, passarem um fim de semana ou uma bela temporada nessa Pousada que, repito, foi a melhor que já me estabeleci. Obrigado a Jonas e Patrícia pelos inesquecíveis dias que passamos na Pousada da Cyssa...

Me senti lesado , roubado nesta pousada . Minha esposa acidentalmente manchou uma toalha de banho e rosto com sangue , ninguém faz isso intencionalmente . A pousada me cobrou 80 reais pela toalha de rosto e 100 reais pela de banho . Fato que com uso de produtos alvejante ou vanish sairia facilmente , então falei que levaria as toalhas comigo já que estaria pagando . Não deixaram e tive que pagar essa multa , achei um absurdo , é melhor avisar aos hóspedes para trazerem toalhas de casa uma mancha de maquiagem de mulher que é normal tb cobram muito . A descarga do banheiro com vazamento direto , Tv a cabo Oi não tem sinal , reclamei trocaram o Modem e não foi solucionado . A diária de 500 reais está muito alta para o que oferece a pousada . Piscina suja cheio de insetos e folhas , o que poderia simplesmente ser retirado com uma rede . Jamais voltarei nesta Pousada , me senti roubado na saída no check out . Um total absurdo , jamais passei por uma situação dessa por causa de umas toalhas que já que paguei teria o direito de levar as toalhas lavá-las e posteriormente usá-las

Excelente atención del personal, muy atentos. Buena ubicación, cerca de la avenida principal y del polo gastronómico. Tiene espacios muy tranquilos para descansar, buena ambientación y musica acorde al estilo de la posada. El desayuno muy completo y rico! Por la tarde ofrece cafe y algunos bocaditos para acompañar, un lindo detalle.

Muy linda posada! con todas las comodidades, fuimos un grupo grande familiar y las habitaciones eran muy amplias. El desayuno es bastante variado. A solo tres cuadras de Geriba la mejor playa de Buzios. Destacó el personal sumamente cálido y servicial, sobre todo Vanessa que está realmente en cada detalle para que la estadía sea inmejorable. Definitivamente repetiríamos!!

Uma experiência única! Ambiente acolhedor e aconchegante. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, cuidadosos e receptivos. O café da manhã tem opções frescas, deliciosas e feitas na hora, você pode pedir conforme preferir. A estrutura da pousada é excelente, os quartos são espaçosos e todo o local bem arquitetado. Amei e espero voltar em breve!

A melhor Pousada que fiquei em Búzios , tratamento maravilhoso , quarto delicioso que pode ficar junto com nosso cãozinho em ambiente próprio para não incomodar os demais hóspedes , acomodações excelentes , limpíssimo . Em Geribá perto de tudo , podendo ir a pé ao Porto da Barra e a praia. Nos recebem como se estivéssemos em casa. Super Recomendo
