The room was nice and comfortable with a good bed and lounge, plus a small table 2 could sit at. It was good value for money and the operators were very helpful. The room was well set up for winter in Armidale with electric blankets, heat lamp in bathroom and air conditioner. We had dinner at their restaurant and the food was very good quality in a beautiful room. We would happily stay here again

Worst night ever! Cold and unclean. Door didn't seal, cold air and light coming through. Window above bathroom door let's light in all night from outside light. Very bright! No hot water in shower. No forks to eat with. Room doesn't appear the same as pictured on website. The inside shows signs of considerable wear and did not feel clean or fresh or warm. No kitchen sink unlike other Queen Bed Rooms. There was nothing 'Delux' about this room. Road noise was so loud, as if a window was open. Was told this would quieten down by 9pm. It didn't all night. Was notified the Restaurant was full, so... Lucky we brought our own food, although no forks in the room. This motel is not up to the standard of the stars allocated or compared to its competitors. The worst motel I've stayed in. Paid too much to be so disappointed. Will not be staying here again.

Looks great from the road and just as good inside. Very quiet, beds comfortable, everything that you need. Meal was excellent and so was breakfast. Owners very friendly and helpful. Could not fault. Rooms great and shower good. It was the meals as well. Glad we stayed there.

Very nice motel, comfortable and clean. My only complaint, if you could call it that, is there is no breakfast. The room, was big, plenty of pillows and blankets on the bed and the motel has a wonderful restaurant where you can have dinner. Or second stay at this motel

Was a wonderful family owned and run business and recently has been taken over by a corporation with a manager. Won't go back.

Pleasant stay, staff very friendly & helpful. Room was standard but efficient for our needs & was very comfortable, value for money. Restaurant on site “The Manor”was a very much enjoyable, the food outstanding & the decor was relaxing & comfortable.

Have just spent 3 nights at Cotswold Gardens and was extremely satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean and accommodated me well. The supplies were plentiful and the amenities included a fridge, toaster, and microwave with cutlery and crockery. The bathroom was also very clean. The stay was quiet and the hosts were fabulously friendly and helpful. Sadly I missed out on dining at their amazing restaurant. I'll be staying again later in 2024.

Great rooms. Didn't like option of international roast instant coffee. Otherwise lovely stay and dining room was excellent
