Hotel Delle Rose

We check-in in this hotel on May 15th 2024. Although the pictures online showed nice, the hotel was one construction site (see pictures). One pool was empty and the other was surrounded by fences. Restaurant was under construction and there were construction activities going on in and around the hotel. We asked for a refund and were told that we could just stay. The manager informed us that the closed pool was a children's pool, that we would not use anyway. I indicated that this is not our idea of a holiday. She advised us to go to the beach. Apart from the construction activities, I would not recommend the hotel. It is alongside a busy road, it is cramped and the view is not great. Furthermore, the manager is outright rude. Avoid this place!

Such a stunning place to stay ! The staff were so kind and helpful, the accommodation was delightful and the food at the hotel was delicious. They had amazing swimming pools, a lovely outside bar and the whole place was superbly decorated. Plus, the location was perfect ! I definitely recommend it if you’re going to Sardinia.

Our experience in this wonderful Hotel Delle rose was just fantastic! We have traveled to some of the most luxurious hotels around the world, but this hotel is right up there with all of them. The staff are so friendly. They do everything to ensure you a super comfortable stay! And how is beautiful view from each angle of the hotel! We had a wonderful room overlooking the pool and mountains. Location is really good, food in the restaurant is also nice. Will definitely come back again!

This hotel was OK, neither great nor bad. It is modern and relatively new and the staff just leaves you alone, they were neither helpful or friendly. Rooms - modern, spacious and clean Pool - OK, it's so hot outside that it is often empty Breakfast - very standard, nothing too outstanding Restaurant - same place as breakfast but I think it lacked atmosphere in the evening Service - Nothing outstanding Transportation - a car is essential (I don't think there is anything within walking distance) Overall - Average modern hotel without much atmosphere

The hotel is located in the heart of Costa Smeralda and we absolutely adored how lush and peaceful it was! We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful garden, pools and surroundings . The hotel has a gourmet restaurant with tables by the pool and staff is friendly and attentive! Shoutout to Manuela for her fantastic customer service! We will definitely be back ♥️

Auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung wollten wir in dieses, auf den Bildern doch recht schicke Hotel einchecken. Das ging leider gehörig daneben. Um 13:45 Uhr betraten wir die Lobby und wurden von dem Kreischen einer Lochkreissäge zwei Meter neben uns am Empfangstresen begrüßt. Gefolgt von Akkuschrauber und Staubsauger, kletterte dann auch irgendwann der Handwerker hinter dem Tresen hervor. Ok, es kann ja sein, dass es was zu reparieren gab. Dabei blieb es aber leider nicht. Alle öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels hatten an irgendeiner Ecke eine Baustelle. Das Restaurant – komplette Baustelle, ein Pool nicht nutzbar, in einer Ecke ein paar Sonnenliegen, gleich neben den diversen Bauzäunen. Der Wellnessbereich eine Großbaustelle, der Durchgang zum Fitness ebenso. Um 14:15 war das Zimmer immer noch nicht fertig, ein Entgegenkommen komplette Fehlanzeige. Man könne ja 2 Stunden auf die Managerin warten, man kann jetzt nichts entscheiden. Das haben wir natürlich nicht getan und sind abgereist. 2,5 Stunden später rief die Managerin dann auch an und bot allerlei Entgegenkommen. Sorry, zu spät. Vielleicht hätte sie jemanden vor Ort autorisieren sollen, oder einfach selbst da sein, wenn man so eine „schwierige“ Situation im Haus hat. Urlaubszeit ist kostbar und 2 Stunden auf die Autorität warten, passt in keinen Urlaubsplan, wenn es genügend Alternativen gibt. Was hätte man uns auch anbieten wollen? Die Baustelle wegzaubern? Laut Aussage des Hotels handelt es sich lediglich um kleinere Wartungsarbeiten. Ok, dann möchte ich nicht wissen, wie es aussieht, wenn mal richtig gebaut wird. Kulanz Fehlanzeige, man beharrt auf den vollen Preis, obwohl wir keine einzige Leistung auf dieser Baustelle in Anspruch genommen haben. Weder auf der Website noch auf der Buchungsplattform wurde über diese umfangreichen Baumaßnahmen informiert. Schade, so fühlt man sich einfach nur abgezockt und wird den rechtlichen Weg gehen müssen.

Très bel hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! Tout est soigné et le personnel est extrêmement gentil ! Merci à Elena pour son français parfait ! Petit dej délicieux, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, et un petit clin d’œil très apprécié pour notre lune de miel ! Son emplacement à 10 min de Porto Cervo et à 30min de Palau est très pratique pour sortir le soir et les excusions. Les moins: il y avait des travaux bruyants près de la piscine lors de notre visite et vue sur les ouvriers de notre chambre ! On aurait apprécié être prévenus !

Hôtel récent magnifiquement agencé dans les chambres et les parties communes. Matériaux, formes, conception : tout est réussi. Accueil très cordial. Boissons au bar un peu chères mais servies avec excellente charcuterie. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant mais améliorable. Aucun bruit de la route en mars. Je recommande

Hotel in posizione meravigliosa, vicino a tutti i più bei posti del nord Sardegna. Siamo stati due notti in questo periodo di assoluta tranquillità in occasione del compleanno di mia moglie. Camera impeccabile e personale veramente gentile. Colazione ottima per varietà e qualità , un plauso particolare alla ragazza al servizio, brava educata gentile. Il ristorante in questo periodo è chiuso ma se è come il resto sarà sicuramente super. Torneremo sicuramente e magari godremo anche di questo servizio. Nicola Paola
