Rooms are small and damp. Beds are tiny and hard as a rock. So don’t expect much of a sleep in here. Rooms are on the upper floor, so you have to drag your bags through a sharp staircase. If you’re especially unlucky (as one in our company was) you’ll be offered the room in the reception (yes, in the reception). You shut it by a slide door and it’s located just next to entrance, two meters from the reception desk and one meter from the stairs. So you’ll be hearing every suitcase being dragged up the stairs, every conservation being conducted at the reception, and every person entering or exiting through the main door. Breakfast is lackluster and served at another premise. Staff are some of the most rude and aggressive I have ever encountered. Expect to be yelled at if you dare to complain about anything.

Llamamos el mismo día y Nuria nos atendió con mucha amabilidad. Viajamos con nuestra perrita. Solo les quedaba una habitación. Fue perfecta para lo que necesitábamos. Descansar nosotros 2 y la perrita. No tenía ventana (nos informaron previamente y accedimos) pero el resto de la habitación es sencilla, práctica y con baño privado, súper limpia y tienen el detalle de poner un bebedero con agua para las mascotas. Pues el año pasado estuvimos allí y le di 5 estrellas. Este año ha bajado a tres porque aunque si está bien situado y las personas que trabajan allí son agradables, el nivel de limpieza ha ido a menos visiblemente. Es una pena,porque era mi favorito el año pasado.

Pension petfrienly. Nos alojamos una noche mientras hacíamos el camino. La pension no dispone de ascensor pero nos alojamos en la plantade abajo por lo que hubo problema. El check in rápido y muy cómodo. No dispone de cafetería ni restaurante pero está muy céntrico por lo que no hay problema para encontrar algo. Tiene un súper a 10 metros. Pension muy tranquila para poder descansar.

Eccomi ad Arzúa, trentunesima e terzultima tappa del mio 'Cammino di Santiago'. La Pensión Luis, scelta per la notte si è rivelata una ottima scelta. Posizione, pulizia ottimi. Camera carina e bagno efficiente. Gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori eccezionale.

Estuvimos la semana pasada contratado con el buen camino, nuestro filtro fue tener aseo propio y nos enviaron a un hostal que tienen dos calles abajo casa luis o algo así y nos dieron una habitacion con aseo comun al otro lado del pasillo, muy mal. De todos los hoteles del camino que nos dieron aseo compartido o fuera de la habitación, además al llegar no hay nadie y tienes que adivinar wue la recepción es dos calles arriba. No recomiendo.

Dormimos una noche como parte del camino de Santiago. No tiene ascensor y la persona que esta en la recepcion no es muy amable. La habitacion limpia pero chiquitaZ. Hay laundry y maquinas para comprar comida y micrroondas pero la persona que lo atiende no lo promociona. Bien para una noche

Hotelito bajo formato pensión en Arzua. Muy correcto, super limpio y muy atentos, con ganas de agradar. Habitacion doble con baño con todos los kits necesarios, juegos de toallas, mantas, etc… Se está realmente cómodo. No se puede pedir más a un establecimiento de este tipo y precio. Muy céntrico

Llegamos después de recorrer un largo dia y muchos Km, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, limpio y la atención muy amable. No hay que confundir, no son hoteles 5 estrellas, son hoteles de paso y muy lindos. No se van a equivocar.
