very helpful and friendly staff, room was pretty basic but comfortable, good shower. Breakfast OK but nothing special, and only one coffee machine, queues when busy. Swimming pool and garden with sun beds was a great added bonus. Not a lot of on site parking and quite expensive as well. Great location, 5 minute stroll into town.

Sehr schönes Hotel an guter Lage. Wunderbares und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Bar mit Self Service am Abend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der Ascona Lodge und werden sicher wieder mal buchen.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Seeufer. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Ascona Lodge schaut auf die Umwelt und wir konnten als Gast auch dazu beitragen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la 5ème fois, toujours aussi exceptionnel .Le calme de sa situation l'amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel. Les petits déjeuners avec jus d'oranges frais pressés et la diversité du choix .Les chambres ont été toutes rénovées .De plus nous avons été cette année surclassés dans une magnifique "suite" .Vraiment rien à redire.

Die Zimmer sind wunderbar renoviert, innenarchitektonisch wirklich fantastisch. Wenn der Rest des Hotels ebenfalls restauriert ist, ist Mulino ein Bijoux.

Endlich hatten wir wieder Glück und haben noch kurzfristig ein Zimmer erhalten. Es gab sogar ein Upgrade in ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr kompetent und freundliche. Das Zimmer war sehr durchdacht eingerichtet und auch das Bad war neu. Unten gab es 24h Café und auch eine gut durchdachte Barkarte als Selbstbedienung sowie ein Getränkeautomat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und vielfältig. Man merkt dass das Mulino mit Herz geführt wird. Wir kommen wieder!

Ce petit hôtel est extra. Situé au bout d'un chemin très tranquille il est à quelques minutes à pied du centre d'Ascona. Notre chambre disposait de la climatisation et d'un balcon ce qui est fort agréable. De plus après une journée de marche vous pourrez profiter de la piscine. En outre une machine à café et de l'eau plate et gazeuse sont à disposition dans le hall. Vous pourrez également profiter du Ticino Ticket qui vous permettra de vous déplacer gratuitement dans le canton. J'oubliais de vous signaler que le personnel est très sympathique et que Michela à la réception est une perle.
