Problème de douche car l’âge de salle de bain cassé. Le dessous de lit plein de poussière.
Soit disant impossible de régler par carte j’ai du insister pendant trois jours pour régler par car soit disant le tpe ne marchais bizarrement j’ai réussi moi même à le faire marcher et j’ai du montré à l’employer comment il fonctionne. Pas d’eau chaud de 22h à 8h du matin fin impossible de prendre une douche de plus les employer très désagréable face à cette situation. On a enchaîné avec que des problèmes et pour finir il ne veulent ou ne peuvent ne fournir une facture!!!

Très bon accueil logement bien équipé et propre

Literie de qualité même le canapé lit qui est un vrai lit
Déco soignée
Proche des rails du RER nous avions malheureusement des voisins au dessus peu soucieux du bien être des autres qui étaient très bruyants le soir

The description said parking included but I ended up being forced to pay for it. This needs to be stated clearly with the rate disclosed in the description.

We chose Resihome for the great location and easy access to the metro for our sightseeing days of our trip! The hotel was very accommodating when we arrived a bit early for check in and allowed us to store our luggage while we went down the street to the market and for coffee until the room was ready.

The hotel cancelled confirmed reservation day before our trip. No help no explanation no reason just very simply they have cancelled. Horrible stay away if you can no service no dignity no business sense awful company.

Elevator was not working for 5 days of out of six day stay. Neither was my safe which I asked staff to fix and it wasn't looked at. Asked for my room to be cleaned and at first staff told that that they wouldn't but did after the 4th day. Area was OK. Amenities in the area decent. Subway and bus lines a 5 minute walk away. Room size was decent and comfortable for 1 person 2 would be tight. Bed softness was good. Good value for money. Would stay again with the brand but try another location.

There is no cleaning if your stay is not for a week.
No towel changes.
Utensils are gracy.
The front desk guy is really helpful all though.
