It’s was a clean and very good hotel . I like it .

Good location

酒店設施陳舊，早餐沒甚麼選擇。除了餐廳職員服務專員外，大堂所有職員都非常無禮，看見客人提幾件大行李，裝沒看見。想把行李暫存，黑著臉，煩到他了。房間竟然只有一個插頭在地下，不能同時手机，平板充电。 跟阿拉木圖Rixos想比差太遠，日後不會在入住。

Отель отлично расположен вдалеке от оживленных улиц, от которых отделен садом. Прекрасный завтрак. Удобные матрасы. СПА зона, которая позволит расслабиться в конце дня.

阿斯塔納最好酒店，我覺得。

Често говоря, разочарована. Номера довольно уставшие и сам интерьер отеля. В бассейне холодная, мутно-зелёная вода и прохладно в самом помещении. Два раза не обновили воду в номере, положили только после того, как 4 раза попросила и в итоге сама пошла брать с тележки, что стояла в коридоре. Нет отопления в номерах, есть только кондиционер, который дует горячим воздухом и очень его сушит. Комната прогревается неравномерно и у окна зимой все равно холодный пол и стены. За завтраки плюс, вкусные, свежие и разнообразные. Это был интересный опыт, но больше бы не стала здесь бронировать…
