很務實的一家酒店，基本設施都正常，挺乾淨舒適，但是房間格局很奇怪。住1-2晚，然後白天去不同酒莊是可以的，附近酒莊大概都是開車20分鐘內能到的。我也是因為訂不到酒莊的酒店，所以選他的。
早餐就真的很普通了，如果送的就可以去吃。

For a terrible room, with noisy neighbors and we had to complain to the front desk, but the noisy didn’t go down all night

complimentary breakfast was good; fitness center was decent - could use a few more strength training machines; no waiting for elevators; lots of available luggage caddies to transport bags from/to vehicle & room; easy check-in and check-out; easy tv streaming.

No ice on the first floor wasnt my favorite. We tried to go to the bar but it wasnt open yet and the bartender was a little snappy. We didnt wait for him to open after that and it made me not want to try the restaurant. I also paid for upgraded wifi. However, I was told by the front desk to retry so I did several times. Never got the better wifi service but I did get charged 5xs for the upgrade attempts.

Our two night stay was great. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Everything was festive for the Holidays.

The hotel employee who answered the phone was rude and even lied about being able to issue a refund. She said “third party reservation companies are difficult to work with and prevent the hotel from issuing refunds.” I called ******* and they confirmed that the HOTEL denied the refund. I called Aubrey at the hotel again and she tried to deflect responsibility. Would not book at this hotel.

This is our second day at this property and our only regret is that our trips have been short.
We talked about returning for a longer stay soon

Stay was okay. However, I asked for a room that was accessible. I didn’t get it. Was able to use the toilet but couldn’t take a shower. Bed was comfortable. Not sure if I would stay there again.
