Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff.
Comfortable beds. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Pool was open until 11:00pm.
Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from: Sausage, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bread, bagels, muffins, yogurt, apples, bananas, oranges, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice,

The woman at the desk was friendly and polite. The room could use a deep cleaning. Grim in the corners and it looked like mold in the tub. One of the beds in 212 was the squeakiest bed ever. It was fine for one night.

The first room I was given a cockroach crawled out from under the bathroom sink. I was given a new room promptly and by a friendly receptionist. The second room had feces on the outside of the front of the toilet bowl, but I was too exhausted to bother and just cleaned it myself. Both rooms had clean sheets but very clearly I clean comforters which the front desk explained they don’t wash as often bc they are too bulky for the maid carts. She was happy to give me extra sheets to cover up with and the hotel was otherwise seemingly clean and tidy.

Easy check in. Courteous staff.
It took a bit of effort hauling my luggage to a 3rd floor room.

Overall it was (again) a good stay. The disappointment this year were a large group (about 4 or 5 couples/families) of people on our floor still celebrating New Years at 5.30a.m when we got up to leave, leaving their doors ajar for the noise to carry through the halls. May not hurt to consider have desk manager or ??? do a quick hall walk every hour after midnight or .....

All the staff was super friendly from the desk clerk, breakfast lady, and front desk manager. My husband was most impressed with the water pressure in the shower.

This was a fantastic find! The check-in was fast and staff were very friendly. The room and everything was clean. The kids loved the pool with the slide. Breakfast was just right. Would book here again!

We stayed just as a quick kay over,as a last minute choice. I was not disappointed it was clean, the staff was friendly.
