Property was fabulous.
On a hill which was difficult for us as we are older. Lots of great eating places but no shopping. We were so happy that taxis were arranged for us both to the acropolis and the airport. This meant a lot to us. Lovely apar**ent.

This apar**ent was in a nice area that was very close to the Acropolis.. Konstantinos was a fantastic host… provided airport pick up and port drop off… when we arrived he sat us down and had suggestions for things to do and places to eat…please listen to him when he says go to the Acropolis by 8am!!!
The apar**ent was nice sized with 2 bedrooms and 2
Bathrooms which is a plus since there were 3 of us!! We had a great stay!!

Costas the manager is extremely helpful and kind. The location is quiet with easy access to all the major sites. The AC works very well. We stayed in the gardenia suite which is spacious and perfect for stretching out with 2 balconies. The only challenges were the tub is set high so if you are shorter it’s tricky to get in and out and can be slippery. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator so not good for those with mobility issues. Would absolutely consider staying here again though.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The w bedroom apar**ent was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was cold and the WiFi worked great. The bathroom and kitchen were excellent. The small outside patio area was very nice. This was a great location, just a short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. The meetup station was nearby and lots of bars, restaurants, coffee cafes, and markets nearby. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood day and night. Highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Koukaki Residence. It is beautiful! Kosta was amazing and oriented us to the whole area pointing out great dining options and sights to see. He also helped arrange our taxi back to the airport. We were able to walk to so many amazing sights. It was an outstanding experience.

Really nice small hotel with individual studio apar**ents. Great neighbourhood to explore - residential, fairly quiet, lots of restaurants and bakeries and shops to look around, and very close to the Acropolis. Konstantinos gave us a huge number of recommendations for restaurants and bars, and the ones we went to were fantastic. Good air con and good water pressure in the shower. The only note is that there's not really as many kitchen facilities as you'd expect from a place that says it has kitchenette facilities, there's a fridge, a sink, a kettle, a Nespresso maker and a sandwich press.

This comfortable residence was in the perfect location for touring central Athens. We woke up to birdsong from bird in the lovely courtyard. On our arrival Kostas the manager met with us and shared much helpful information with us. He arranged convenient private transfers to and from the airport for us. Each day we made coffee in our room and got pastries from the most amazing bakery at the end of our block before embarking on a day of exploration. There were lots of great shops and restaurants in our area, and we were within walking distance of all attractions. We would stay there again.
