The most unique hotel we’ve stayed in! It was truly stunning. The room was gorgeous, super clean and modern. The view from the rooftop and from the room was wonderful. The location was perfect - next to a cute little neighborhood and a quick walk to the Acropolis and tourist attractions. The team was super helpful and sent us plenty of information to make sure check-in went smoothly. Would recommend!

We stayed three nights at the Monastik and we absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect. We enjoy a very nicely decorated and large room with two gigantic windows overlooking the acropole. There was also a basket of free delicacies, a nice surprise you rarely see now a days. But the best of that hotel was the overwhelming welcome by the host Maria, who was charming and attentive to all of our needs. She made us feel like we were family or friends. We travel a lot and this is the best service we ever had. You should stay at the Monastik just for that reason. The hotel is also very well located and we walked everywhere. We booked the Acropolis View suite with outdoor jacuzzi at short notice, as we were travelling back through Athens on our way home from the Cyclades Is. What a stunning apartment - possibly the nicest room we’ve had anywhere. It is one of those rare finds that exceeds expectations and looks better in real life than on the internet! The attention to detail and the design was amazing and Maria on the front desk was super helpful. We will definitely be back as 24 hrs just wasn’t long enough!

Lovely accommodation with a view of the Acropolis, just a short walk there or into the centre. The area around the hotel is a little scruffy, but the accommodation makes up for this. Spacious suites, we had the standard one and it was gorgeous. Beautiful design and furnishings, very comfortable bed, kitchen area and little luxurious welcome gift and toiletries. Breakfast is delivered to your room, a kind of posh continental with local yummy bread, fresh juice etc The rooftop is small but a nice place to sit and read, there is a warm jacuzzi too. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Fantastic stay here. Had the penthouse that has its own balcony facing the Acropolis. Nice suprise when we arrived was thar the lift goes direct to the room and no one else can access the room by it. The room itself was huge and it had all amenities. Hot tub on the roof was just a short walk from the room and we used it every day. Only ever saw one other person on the terrace! Spoke to the owner/architect while we were there and he tells us that they will be installing a hot tub on the balcony of the penthouse this year too. It was nice to lay in bed of a night and see the Acropolis illuminated. The area that the hotel is in does feel a bit run down if im being honest and theres a fast food delivery service next to the hotel so theres often a few mopeds hanging around out the front. That said a lot of Athens is like that! It's just a short walk to the main attractions and restaurants. About 20 mins walk to Syntagma square and the train to the airport. Overall thoroughly recommend.
