We had booked it 6 months before we come for new years eve. We've spent 5 days in total leisure and fun. The food served was very good and the stuff was so friendly and kind. My 5 years old daughter loved the recreation team and I have to say, we love them as well. The hotel complex is up and down the hill and for who doesn't like to walk, it is going to be a big challenge but the hotel provides the facilities such as electric car to take you everywhere you go, wheelchairs and much more. The pools are very good and clean and the bedroom we stayed in, was comfortable and just enough to spend the night because during the day you stay relaxing and doing the activities in the pool or the tennis court, soccer court and the many other things you can do. For my family it was a great opportunity to have fun and relax!!! Thank you Atibaia residence!!! I'm

Super estrutura, alimentação maravilhosa, funcionários super educados e atenciosos. Fiquei na suíte Master 2, extremamente confortável. Drinks do All inclusive de qualidade. Acomoda 4 pessoas tranquilamente e com privacidade. Na minha opinião poderia ter festas temáticas para os adultos a noite. Ahh e nota 10 para o Pitoco e Carmem! Voltaremos com ctz!!!!

Hotel completo, simples, porém atende em todos os quesitos. Comida excelente, piscina coberta e bem quentinha. Recreação ótima! Muito atenciosos. Hotel atende tanto família quanto eventos. . 4 vez que voltamos e voltaremos novamente.

Estivemos neste último final de semana de Abril/24. Nossa escolha em hotel é sempre voltada para as recreações, nossa filha tem 7 anos e adora. Para o Atibaia Residence o grande diferencial foi a recreação, em especial para a Tia Coxinha, que ficou com os pequenos mesmo após o término do horário normal de domingo, que seria as 14:00hs no término da estadia. Para nós que ficamos até segunda 14:00hs, foi uma grande satisfação ver a Tia Coxinha mesmo após a agenda do hotel, ter ficado com os pequenos até segunda 13:00hs. Que carinho que ela teve com as crianças. Gostamos muito e voltaremos pela recreação, comida e atendimento do hotel.

Fomos comemorar o aniversário da minha filha e foi um FDS perfeito. A equipe da recreação bem atenciosa e muito bacana. Hotel maravilhoso e ótima comida 😍 ótimas atividades para fazer e tbm para relaxar, piscinas muito boas e quartos limpos e novos

Hotel muito bem localizado e bem próximo a cidade de São Paulo. Check-In - Foi bem rápido e objetivo; Estacionamento - De frente ao quarto o que proporciona facilidade ao hospede; Quartos - Ficamos no 322, bem próximo ao restaurante e piscina, mas são bem antigos e com cortinas danificadas nas duas janelas, banheiro com chuveiro a gás e uma ótima ducha; Piscina - 3 no total, uma coberta e aquecida e uma com toboágua, bem limpas apesar de vários hospedes comendo na borda; Restaurante - Cardápio bem variado e várias opções de sobremesas; Monitoria - Galera muito animada e contagiante, Tio Pitoco é fera hein! All Inclusive - Deixou a desejar, pois não haviam cervejas premium no cardápio e os petiscos servidos se resumiam a bolinhos de queijo, calabresa e batata frita, vale ressaltar que as batatas eram bem murchas e oleosas. Onde eram servidos os petiscos haviam muitas formigas durante todo o dia. As bebidas eram servidas até as 22hs mesmo havendo música ao vivo até as 23hs achei bem incoerente e no dia do check out, não havia mais cerveja sem álcool sendo servida e ao questionar o responsável do bar o mesmo informou que havia acabado devido a demanda; Acredito que poderia haver a possibilidade de um upgrade nas bebidas se cobrando um pouco há mais por isso e oferecendo algumas opções premium. Entretenimento - Música ao vivo muito boa durante nossa estadia;

A estadia foi uma delícia! Espaço completo, comida muito gostosa e drinks muito agradáveis. O destaque vai pra equipe de recreação, tia coxinha, tia Tortuguita e tia Raposinha, que deixaram meu filho simplesmente encantado!!! Voltaremos em breve!
