First room I was in was roach infested we had to be moved then the morning I was leaving the hotel manager double charged me bc she didn’t pay attention that I had paid when I first arrived. I had to demand refund and proved I had already paid plus she called the room several times with a nasty attitude demanding another credit card for room and tax even after I explained I already paid. She misunderstood and I had a terrible time at this hotel plus the roaches were just gross

It was perfect for our mini weekend away from home. We were able to walk the city for restaurants and shopping and we were right across the street from the fox theater which was the main reason we came into the city. We booked a mini suite which was big enough for two people. It did have two tvs but one wasn’t hooked up. We didn’t use it so it wasn’t a big deal. We had a step out balcony. Which was nice to use during the stay. Bathroom was nice with a full shower. The bed was a full size but it was because we were in a mini suite.

Our only disappointment was in dinner at the Livingston in the hotel. The Georgian Terrace had some of the friendliest employees I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time.

Rooms ac was out and after reporting issue and returning to our room it was still not fixed. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. Waiting to hear about refund from hotel.

We stayed at the Georgian Terrace to attend a show at the Fox. Location was perfect! Hotel is nice with good restaurants in it. Our room was a good size, but the bed was awful quite frankly. Extremely small and way too soft. We ended up leaving at 4 am to drive home to get in our own bed it was so bad. Everything else was great!

The room looked nothing like photos hard wood floor had pieces and gaps the kitchen was dirty the fridge leaked water and the walls had spots there were dead lady bugs just not good
The only positive was the restaurant the breakfast

I throughly enjoyed my stay at The Georgian Terrace- it is absolute gem! The staff made my time even more enjoyable. While some areas need upgrading, the treatment I received more than compensated for anything that was dated. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!
