They were awful as far as customer service. They are rude, and no nothing about good customer service.

The room looked nothing like photos hard wood floor had pieces and gaps the kitchen was dirty the fridge leaked water and the walls had spots there were dead lady bugs just not good
The only positive was the restaurant the breakfast

I throughly enjoyed my stay at The Georgian Terrace- it is absolute gem! The staff made my time even more enjoyable. While some areas need upgrading, the treatment I received more than compensated for anything that was dated. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Beautiful historic hotel with very friendly and helpful front desk and bell hops. Our room was in the original part of hotel. Clean and attractive but lacking in bathroom counter space. Room lighting was not great; bathroom definitely needs more mirror lighting. No room fridge.

The Georgian Terrace is my choice for a home away from home when visiting Atlanta. No complaints from me.

The architecture and history of the hotel are impressive. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious the beds are comfortable. The location is convenient to everything. The best part of staying here is the gentleman who led the tour!! He was the best.
